Okay, so this is my first post here, and these concerns may sound trivial, but I really feel like I should know about them before I ever take MDMA again. To this day, I have rolled a total of four times. Alright, so back in May of this year I rolled for the very first time in my life at 20 years old. I took one pill, rolled, and as it started to fade I took another and that was it for the night. Fast forward to beginning-mid July, I rolled a second time, again repeating the same routine as the first. One pill, let it fade, and then another. About two weeks later towards the end of July I took one pill only and rolled once more. And the most recent time, which was about three days ago, I took three Mollys over the course of one night. My main concern is that I have done permanent damage to my brain by A. Not spacing my rolls out properly, and B. Redosing, which I was not aware was bad until I started reading about it. My comedowns each time have not been bad whatsoever. No depression or anything like that. So, my question is, is the damage I've done reversible? And if so, what are some tips for my future endeavors of rolling to be as safe and brain friendly as possible, if I decide to even do it again at all. Thank you!

High Freakshoww, welcome to Bluelight and ED!

We have no idea if you have done 'permanent' damage to your brain.

You raise good points though about redosing and and the spacing between rolls.

If you aren't experiencing any negative symptoms on the comedown then feel grateful.

Try to be more responsible when using drugs such as MDMA. Also, try to obtain a test kit so you can assure yourself the validity of your 'Mollys'.

Only redose on very special occasions. That is my rule of thumb. And not every time you roll is a special occasion. Remember that and you will succeed in your journey.

If you haven't noticed any problems, why do you think any damage has been done? If you had done some damage, it would be very noticeable, trust me. Either way, stay away from MDMA for a while as it appears the very act of worrying can, in some individuals, cause more problems than the damage itself.

When you decide you are ready again, don't redose (pick a different drug if you want to be off your face for longer than 5 hours), keep your dosages low (80-250mg for example) and stay hydrated. Diet and exercise are important too.

Yes good point dpd!

Don't take insanely high doses.

Stick to the 100-150mg range. If you are going to dose a 200+mg pill, maybe only take 3/4 of it.

Just be safe and stay 'MODERATELY' hydrated whilst rolling. You don't need to drink 2 gallons of water.

Since you don't have symptoms I think you will be fine. A few times in my life I did the same thing. That was back before testing kits and information were available on MDMA. I did not have any problems and now I am strict about spacing and testing. In the 28 years since first use; I can't say I have ever had a bad experience or comedown. However I used it and continue to use it very sparingly. Welcome aboard Freakshoww:D

Thanks guys! :] I mean basically I guess my main concern is it affecting my performance in college, which is why after this most recent time I've decided not to do it again until I go on winter break in December. That gives me a three month break from the last time I rolled, and then I'll have a little more than a month left after I roll in December before I go back to school in January.

This isn't really true, many people who abuse MDMA don't notice any problems until well after damage has been done. Nonetheless OP, it sounds like your use has been quite mild so you should have nothing to fear.
