Opioids Concerned About the Acetaminophen in my Percocets?

Yeah but it goes right in to the blood stream down there right? It takes the perc out and doesn't digest the apap at least that's what I'm thinking anyways. I wish I knew for sure can anyone answer this?

I vote cold water extraction.. super easy and you're not gonna loose 20% of your product... maybe if you're using a really small amount of water. If you just plan to drink it, use 2 ml of water per pill or even more. Dissolve and filter. Tada. Problem solved.

FWIW, unless you're doing this on a frequent basis, you don't have much to worry about. If you're using a couple days a month, hitting that 4g level isn't going to kill you. If you're using daily, then it's a big problem.

The problem is the frequency of the high dose. Your liver will have no problem bouncing back from a few days of 4 or even 6 grams in a day, so long as you're not doing it over and over and over. I think I drew the limit at 7g twice per month. My liver is fine, but I only did that for a few months. Had I pushed it longer, that would have been damaging, I've no doubt.

You're not using quite enough to be worried about the acetaminophen intake. The 4 gram level is for people who use Tylenol much more often. Just make sure that you are not taking anything else that may contain apap.

ppl' who drink too much or just have a sensitive liver,
could already destroy their liver with a 2g acetaminophen dose i think.. NO ?

As a one time thing? No, I'm not aware of anyone having had liver failure from a one time dose that was only 4 extra strength Tylenol. 14 of them, sure.
