I just bought a couple of those pink, round, Mallinckrodt 10mg oxycodone pills, from a street dealer. At least I think that's what they are. The issue is that 'M' on the front of both of them looks a bit scratched up. Of course I these things can happen with street pills after they've been in someone's pocket for a while or whatever. But my concern is that I know sometimes certain unsavory characters will find a prescription pill that looks similar to a narcotic, and they'll scratch it up just enough so that people like me can't tell the difference.
Just to be clear -- I don't care if I got ripped off. I'm just worried that if these are some other prescription, they could be something harmful. I sure don't want to take progesterone or lithium or something crazy like that! So I just thought I'd check to see if anyone is aware of any such scam involving pills that look like these. Thanks!
