Firstly - You say you have a moderate tolerance to opiates, and mention 100-120mg daily, but of what?
I'm assuming oxycodone since it's mentioned lower the in the post, but you should make this clear.
- Benzo's mixed with opiates greatly increase CNS depression, including respiratory. Most reports from people seem to say that while sedation is increased, euphoria is not, as in the place of that beautiful warm subtle opiate joy is a benzo hammer to the head, haha.. Lots of people say they end up passing out and missing/forgetting the buzz.
- Yet there are some (probably those who are already anxious/extremely tense) that say they enjoy adding a small amount of a benzo to their opiate of choice, (even those who do this say to dose 50% - 70% of usual opiate dose, to minimise the dangers of falling asleep and never waking up.. Though we must also keep in mind these people normally go on to mention they still experience the markedly increased sedation, but their deep depression/anxiety/heavy addiction makes them crave sedation/"nod" more than the euphoria or analgesic aspects of opiates.
- Some people with very painful muscloskeletal diseases etc are prescribed these in combination, but this still doesn't mean it's safe, because frankly, mixing opiates with benzos is never real safe.. though if administered by a trained, ethical professional in a hospital setting, etc, the dangers can be reduced, as vitals can be monitored, etc.
- In regards to mixing oxy with cocaine, I have no experience in this, and will mostly leave that point for someone else to discuss.
Though Harm-Reduction should be mentioned - I have to say I imagine it would very harsh on your body. Mixing stimulants with depressants can be very stressing on our organs, especially the cardiovascular system.
- I have never read much about cocaine but I believe it is a Dopamine ReUptake Inhibitor, which s far as I'm aware means that it greatly potentiates a dopamine-releasing agent like oxycodone, heroin (e.g a speedball = heroin + cocaine) because it will keep the dopamine released by the opiate hanging around for longer, I.e. it 'inhibits the dopamine's re-uptake'.\
- Basically neither mixing benzodiazapenes or cocaine with opiates can be considered 'safe', but making informed decisions can help you keep on truckin' for a good while longer. It is good that you have cared enough about your safety to ask questions, I hope you can find more information that will keep you safe.
Peace!
