Is Jabberwocky a composite “member”?

I’ve been doing a decent amount of lurking on BL since the start of this year. I’ve done some extensive reading of some of the older posts. I’m trying to learn BL as best as I can because I would like to be a part of this community.

In my readings I have come across this member repeatedly. Yet when they are quoted by another member, the handle is always something radically different. Plus the tone and writing style are different much of the time.

I am confused what to make of Jabberwocky.

Edit: to explain the weird specificity of this question. I take mental note of many more prominent members because I find the vast spectrum of knowledge and backgrounds fascinating. And when I see certain members chiming in I will pay extra close attention. Some of you are geniuses.

jabberwocky is indeed an umbrella account for content by members whose accounts were deleted.

the feature is no longer in use. now, users can delete their own accounts, removing their bl username but leaving their posts intact.

@probablyanxious - well spotted. So many incredibly former members have been combined into Jabberwocky. And yes, they all have different writing styles!
