So i shot up yesterday for the first time. I crushed up 2mg of dilaudid, put 1ml of water on a spoon, mixed the D in till it was gone. I didnt see any left it was clear so i then just drew it up with the needle. I used the vein on my inner elbow. I stuck it in, drew back seen blood so i started to push the liquad in. I did about .7 of the ml and i got worried and stopped.(i might of pulled out fairly fast) I noticed about 2 pea sized lump, right after i did it. It was soft, cant remember if it was painful but it went away. Theres no lump, no bruising, no redness or swelling. But it is painful and tender to push on right above where i injected, only in one spot about as big as a maybe a dime. Not extreme just slight. Im very worried. I cant find an answer online if a missed hit causes pain like this. Its been about 28 hours since i did it now. Not asking for medical advise just asking opinions. Ill go to the doctor if pain spreads or it swells and gets worse. But for now i plan to see what happens. Im hoping i just missed and the shot irritated the surrounding area. Or i perhaps did a partial hit miss. Idk. It was very little water.

Just sounds like you irritated the area. It's pretty normal for your skin to swell a little bit when you shoot. It usually happens because you've missed a little or its really irritated. 99% chance you'll be fine. ;)

^^^Yes. I've done much worse and it was ok. I lived in fear of getting an abcess. I was fortunate, and managed not to. Injecting IV is something you have to learn. It seems there's an assumption you just jab a needle in and that's it. Maybe IM, but not IV. It can be tricky. Be safe.

Thank you guys the pain seems to be slowly going away. It hurts less when i push on it now. That was my first and last time. Ive been a pill addict for 4 years. Doing every other roa possible and still cant get high like i use to. So i tried it and failed. I am a bit of a loner and dont talk to ppl at all really so i have no one to help me and i dont want to hurt myself bad. So unless i have an expierenced user to help me thats the end of that quest.

You REALLY REALLY REALLY should not be injecting pills, even Dilaudid, without using a micron filter (aka "wheel filter"). These can be found inexpensively online. Please use them, they will slow down much of the bodily damage associated with injecting pill binders.
