RCs complexed etizolam questions

So I purchased some etizolam and come to find out the guy complexed it 8:1. Its ba is already nearly 100% so it doesn't make sense to me but he put 1mg per blotter using liquid measurement. My question is since I don't use nbomes and never dealt with any thing that's been complexed is if it still has a high ba orally if I were to just swallow the blotter.
 
yes but sublinguals the way to go with etizolam, hits nice and fast without cutting off the duration by any significant amount.
