Complexed 25x nasal spray in saline

A vender has started selling nasal spray bottles, dosed so eatch spray has a dose of 25x in its in a solution of saline
To me this sounds a great idea to me, but I don't know weither a) it will work? B) how long it will last (shelf life)
 
It sounds great in theory, but in practice it is challenging to ensure that dispensed doses are consistent, which gives a wide error margin and I fear this could lead to some accidents.
 
I think it's actually a really accurate way to dispense dosages since saline nasal spray bottles are designed to deliver an accurate dosage every time. As far as how long it will last I have no idea but I'm sure that it will probably work better than tabs.
 
saline spray bottles, in particular, are not designed to deliver a uniform dosage. they do not even attempt this.

there are some spray bottles that claim to deliver a metered dose. the ones i have do not list a margin of error. it is best to assume it is 10% or more.

several people, myself included, feel that there are greater adverse side-effects from NBOMe drugs when administered nasally.
 
A saline spray and a nasal spray bottle are two different things though as far as I know, although a nasal spray bottle could contain saline.

i think this must have been a typo then?

OP is probably referring to a metered nasal mister that originally had some sort of drug in it. i hope so anyway.
i have one like that which is supposed to deliver .13 mL but, subjectively, it did not seem very consistent.
 
The 25b delivers 1mg eatch spray in 0.1ml
25c 0.35mg
25i 0.5mg
they says " Spray Pump Tolerance- +/-10%"
It says at bottom of page "This product is supplied in a nasal spray type bottle to deliver a precise amount of active ingredient onto your analytical medium. This chemical is for laboratory analysis only"

A bottle is 5ml so 50 goes so emailed em about shelf life, but they havn't replied yet
I've looked on s.o.s. about em only two coments both posative but its still early

I think duration is putting me off 25x I would like to fose about 9pm and be able to pass as human next day
I do sometimes miss a nights sleep and get away with it but don't want to be still trippin

Yes I am one of those people. But you can of course spray the stuff on the palate in your mouth and let it 'simmer in'.
 
:) Dude it's basically just buccal or sublingual administration depending on where you keep your spit for 20 minutes.
 
I find that nasal dosing offers a more consistent experience between people due to less swallowing, as well as being more convenient. Staggered dosing over 15-30 minutes removes any issues from the faster comeup (I'd go so far as to say this is essential).

Rectal administration would work fine, and shelf life should be on the order of years.

I would not be comfortable using one of these with a 10% error and the added issues of bubbles in the pump, incomplete pressing of the pump etc. Just get a 1ml syringe and dissolve it yourself if you want to administer a solution. We've already seen a lot of problems from the NBOMes, I would advise strongly against taking risks with them,
 
Is is 1.1mg of 25b very differnt from 1mg, I thought 10% wasn't to bad.
You would have to waste a little as the first few pump on them things arnt proper doses so I'd do a few into air or down sink till it came constant
Good news about shelf life thought

I think self life putting me off tabs cos I lile to keep a stash (once I know I like something) plus I thing I'd strugle to not swollow

I'll let someone else try out first
 
Nasally, 10% is quite a lot. Even orally it's a noticeable difference. Tabs are easily held between the top lip and gum without the risk of swallowing.
 
You guys are saying dosage isn't accurate, and you're right on that, but wouldn't a lower concentration mean that the margin of error is neglectable? E.g On average my own spray spurs out 176ug per spray, meaning a difference of 10% wouldn't matter as much. If you keep your dosages sane it really isn't a problem IMO

(p.s, I tried measuring the spray multiple times, and 10% is an exaggeration in my case, the average dosage came out around the same number each and every time)
 
Its my spit I'd swollow not the blotter, but either way thatnk for your imput guys i'm just going to keep a eye on these see if they take off fir now
 
Yes, in fact I use a dilute solution in a dropper for dosing nasally. Although the error may be non-negligible, over the 6 drops required for a dose, it is highly repeatable.
 
I just played with intranasal doseing recently. Now admitedly I had things well planned out and in a fairly small solvent solution. I was already an hour into a 1mg sublingual dose, I had my head straight and I knew what to do and where I was going


I had figured out earlier how many droplets equated to .500 ml my solution gave me 1mg of 25i in .500 ml. 6 droplets total for .500 ml


I only laid out 4 of them and let them air and evap just a bit on a glass table... came back maybe 20 minutes later..... liquid looked smaller so I snorted it.

it aint horrible but it isn't exactly pleasent vodka stings a bit you know... but is faded quickly, as quickly as the pain faded the effects were noted. Now I gotta figure my drops were like say .150 to .200 micrograms a shot. snorting 2 one for each nostril at a time had notable effects. The visuals flashed with far more color just minutes after administration.

I like knowing exactly what I am playing with and at 37 years old it makes sense to play things safe. I have already had 2 pleasent experiences with NBOME's, prior to making a play for going up my nose with it



perhaps the next time I will start off with 1.2mg to 1.4mg. But that won't be for several months I think.


Play it safe, run a sublingual test first
 
Insufflating even 0.5mls of 40% ethanol is near-unbearable. I would say that heating or allowing evaporation is basically essential.
 
yeah.... got that feeling it stung like hell. Grey Goose is nice on the palete but not nice in nose.......... but in roughly less then .1ml drops 3 hits spaced out worked out... but I think a decent amount evaporated away a bit.
