I've got some bad after effects from taking LSD and I noticed they ease with Complex B. The more I take the better I am, so I'm taking a lot but I'm afraid of overdosing. Do you know where I can consult the highest safe dosages of the B vitamins?
Thanks.

EDIT: nevermind, found it guess where?

Have you tried googling the 8 different vitamins that the bottle you've got lists with catchphrases such as: "Vitamin B [insert number and/or name] toxicity..? Wikipedia is a good start:

They've got this in the list of references:

Vitamin B complex is pretty safe to take.

edit: Guess you've found it already.

There are some common complexes called B-100 that I am sure are plenty potent, safe, and also contain helpful cofactors Choline, Inositol, and PABA.

And yes, these will greatly ease recovery from a number of drugs, as they will replace things that all the amplified brain activity tends to burn off and deplete. Also add a couple grams of Vitamin C (I prefer Ester C, non acidic, stays active for longer, more absorbed by immune cells, and includes hefty amounts of citrus bioflavonoids and other cofactors). Co-Enzyme Q10 is also helpful, as is Alpha Lipoic Acid. Some standardized ginseng extract is also good, IME.
