Coming off of suboxone

Hey everyone.... I've been reading the forums and decided to register so I could possibly get some more info on how to kick my sub habit. I've been taking them for 5+ years. Some on here have said that sub wd's aren't bad, but I will be the first to tell you that in some cases that is far from the truth. I got off of them years ago. I had probably been taking them only for 8 months or so. My wd's lasted every bit of a month. Well, here I am again, with 5+ yrs of taking suboxone without substitute. I want to get off of them so badly. I live a life where I cannot lay up for more than a day or two max. I have been hearing about kratom and how it has helped some people on here. I ordered some about 10 months ago, but have only tried taking it once. It didn't help or give me any feelings that seemed helpful in kicking the subs. Does anyone who has experienced long term sub use have any good advice for me? I want to kick the subs so badly. I'm 37 years old as of last week. Thanks.
Edit: I take anywhere from 2-8 mg a day depending upon how much of the dose dissolves well into my system.
