No significant improvements besides a bit more energy, slightly longer erections, feeling things again but in a bad way. Besides that motivation is worse, depression is worse.

That provides more context. I hope you find some alleviation soon. Four months in the time where you are starting to get the drug out of your system I believe. Hopefully coming month 5 you will see some benefit.
 
Smoke weed. It gets Invega out the brain and is a good indicator of potential ability to recover

It’s a science in its infancy; and doctors aren’t instructed to help. They’re instructed to diagnosis and “prevent”(Medicate). Their jobs is to silence and neuter our mental health issues; and past that they aren’t going to help.

I have a good shrink. He listens to me and gives me good meds

The doctors we visit and will continue to interact with don’t know what’s going on with us. There’s no real studies that look into antipsychotic damage via LAI. It’s a totally bizarre event what’s happening to us, and no doctor will be informed on what to do. The doctors we interact with will not prescribe any meaningful medication that will combat what we’re going through.

Dopamine 2 receptors are blocked which are primarily responsible for motivation. As Invega leaves your system, motivation should start coming back. You have mentioned you have increased energy levels and your sex drive has increase. I take this as early signs of recovery. Motivation will come in time. Invega literally blocks the receptors responsible for it. You just gotta wait for Invega to go, this is the tough thing as it can take up to 10 months.

What I don’t understand is my blood levels are so low. Like 1.0 ng/mL why is my motivation and desire so shot now? I can’t feel anything. I am so numb
