The fact you are feeling agitated are in my view early signs of healing and withdrawal symptoms manifested. I think some positive change is coming your way by month 5 perhaps. You used to do long distance running, start small and ease into it coming month five. Good things are coming your way.
I have been feeling a different type of agitation ever since being on invega

I can’t wait till @rawbanana recovers. This will inspire everyone to keep going forward. A message to all people struggling , be vocal and stay on this forums even if you recover as many of us in the early stages of recovery need hope. We might not know each other, but we all share a bond- suffering from invega. Although it feels impossible, we have to force activity in. Grooming , showering, walking , cleaning. We have to find at least one activity to pass the time. Mines reading and watching netflix, as this is a waiting game for the most part. Buckle up because this wait can last up to two years for some. If you have gained wait from invega, attempt to lose it as invega may bind to fat.

I know what I said above, when your dopamine D2 receptors are blocked makes things all that much harder-as this drug blocks our motivation and pleasure response from completing tasks, but we have to find a way to do it. Eventually, this drug will wear off but that’s possibly the start of our recovery, as our and serotonin receptors have to be restored and this may require an additional six to 12 months. This shit sucks , but we can still try our best and hope that on the other side we see some light.
Serotonin and d2 receptors get restored for another 6 months after the drug leaves the body?

I feel like the most important sides of myself are trapped in a coma and this vessel which is myself continues to live life anxiously, without knowing whether or not various parts of me will return.

This sucks, there has been no improvement since my last injection and doesn’t like there will be any time soon. I’m not sure what’s going to happen to me and then scares me. I hope I heal.
You worded this so well. That first sentence really hits home for me. I hope we get back to who we are one day.

🥲 I don’t want to give up either but it’s really hard living like this. I think it’ll be years until I’m back to normal. It’s a long road. I hope I have the willpower to walk it.

If there is signs of recovery, what do you think these signs look like? Are the signs permanent or dothey come in waves and windows? Can someone who recovered please share.

Going to bed, after making some songs. Got around 2,000 plays this week.

@mona21 Tell me when you're tuning in, as soon as you begin listening is when i'll begin V4

Guys remember what I said, we need to find doctors. There are people out there who believe us.

My family doctor belive me but he honestly told me he don’t have the knowledge to help me.

Today i spoke with a old lady pharmacist and casually asked her about something for my tinnitus, then she started to make me some question and i explained to her what is going on and she told me “they will never tell you that your sympthoms are linked to the injection, they hide that at all cost, but the reality is that everything that you developed after the injections is directly linked to the injections” she also told me “they” will deny everything even if the price is to blame me to be mental ill, that she belive me and she give to me his phone number, some supplements and she told me to reach her in 10 days, she also give me something to help the body detox. She told me that if I developed tinnitus after 13 months its because I stil have this shit in my body, that the brain is sending “S.O.S” signals..

I think i will reach the media and see with them if they find my story interesting and they want to make a service about this dark side of psychiatry, i think I Will make contact with them but I need witness but I don’t have any.

Even my own family doesn’t care what happened to me.

I wish suicide was easier. I just want to die.

Antipsychotic medications are linked to changes in brain structure, including reductions in brain volume and cortical thinning, with effects that can be dose- and time-dependent. While some studies suggest these changes may be reversed or modified after discontinuing the medication, the long-term impact and the extent to which these changes constitute "damage" are still areas of active research and debate.

Observed Brain Changes
  • Brain Volume Reduction:
Multiple studies have found associations between antipsychotic use and reductions in gray matter volume (the brain's nerve cell bodies) over time.

  • Cortical Thinning:
Some research, including a study in JAMA Psychiatry, has linked sustained use of certain antipsychotics, like olanzapine, to a thinning of the cortex.

  • Dose-Dependent Effects:
The magnitude of these brain volume reductions appears to be related to the dose and intensity of the antipsychotic treatment.
Factors Influencing Changes
  • Duration of Treatment:
Longer treatment durations are associated with more significant reductions in brain tissue volume.

  • Type of Antipsychotic:
Some research suggests that typical (older) antipsychotics may have different effects on brain structure compared to atypical (newer) antipsychotics.

  • Patient Population:
Changes can be more pronounced in certain populations, such as the elderly or those with specific conditions.
Reversibility and Long-Term Effects
  • Potential Reversal:
Some studies suggest that discontinuing medication may reverse or modify some brain volume changes, though this area requires further investigation.

  • Debate Over "Damage":
The clinical significance of these observed structural changes is still debated. While they are "potentially adverse" and measurable, whether they constitute permanent "damage" is not fully established.
Important Considerations
  • Cause vs. Effect:
It's challenging to separate the effects of the antipsychotic medication from the effects of the underlying illness it is treating.

  • Risk vs. Benefit:
Antipsychotics are often necessary for managing severe mental health conditions, and the decision to use them involves weighing their benefits against potential risks

Giving this shit to someone NORMAL in order to let him out the psych ward is crazy. Someone have to do something about or i Have to kill myself ( if I don’t recover) and take with me who did this.

@Trueart2 What do you think? After 18-24 months since our last injections we will recover? Go back to how things were before?

It's possible but unlikely. Especially in your case, it's probably possible to return to baseline with proper regiment; but you need to find a doctor who believes in you and begin taking supplements. Our bodies continually change over time and begin to react to biochemical makings, so recovery in any sense is possible. But your body has been biochemically jeopardized for such a long period of time now, it's integral you begin to do something before it becomes too late.

I’m taking B complex, Omega 3, magnesium, D3, Zinc, I’m begging for help since 14 months but nobody help me. Honestly i fear that the more time goes on without improvements the less recovery is like to happen..
