Tbh when I say I haven't seen any improvements in the last 10 months I think its a lie because back in feb when I was still taking injections all I would do is stare at walls and lay on my bed everyday but now I listen to music, play video games and watch tons of youtube. While it doesnt give me any pleasure or satisfaction I think its a big improvements than when I was on Invega. I just pray my pleasure and reward with dopamine comes back in full in the next 8 months. My biggest issue right now is lack of attention and lack of motivation. If those two come back I can deal with the anhedonia. Preferably I dont want anhedonia and want all my cognitive abilities back inshallah.

Trauma and stress. I lost my job and cat in march then I lost an aunt in april . It put me through a ton of stress and grief . My parents and sister decided to call the police on me 3 times after the accident because I was psychotic and kept leaving the house and destroying dishes/furniture. While yes they were part of the reason why I got injected , its mostly only me to blame. As for who called the police when i broke the window it was bystanders who saw me kicking the window.

Glad to hear your attention came back in full after all those antipsychotics. I went to 3 doctors to get adhd assessement so i can get adhd medication but they refused because they would never give stimulants to someone who had psychosis before. They think ill abuse them like i abused weed in the past.

@TonyTonyChopper I had abut 3 months worth of invega so thats 6 injections and 18 plus months worth of injections of abilify. They sucked equally imo. My libido and sex drive where gone altogether. I didnt get it up once while i was on those injections. It took about 2 weeks off the injections for my libido to start to come back and it took about 3 months for it to fully come back. However ever since i got on testosterone replacement therapy about almost 3 months ago now my libido has come back to levels that i haven't seen since i was about 16 to 18 years old probably. Like goddamn.

It took me about a year off the other antipsychotics and until i finally got on zyprexa to fully recover. My attension span was the last thing to come back. Also like you i was turned down for antipsychotics because i had previous psychotic episodes. Which ok is fair enough. My shrink is cool though with benzos, zopiclone and me being prescribed testosterone and smoking weed however. He was in fact all for testosterone replacement therapy and he even said hes getting a blood test for testosterone as well in case his is low. I would also very strongly suggest that your testosterone levels checked as invega is really bad for lowering test levels from what ive seen.

Both invega and abilify completely fucked my testosterone levels i think. My levels where really low before i got on TRT but ow they are just below normal after i had a few injections of test. My energy levels and libido are way up. I may be 42 but im in alot better shape now physically then i was in my 20's. I lift weights now 6 times a week. I started out lifting 25lbs dumbbells and now almost 2 years later im lifting 50 and 60lbs dumbbells. So ya id suggest getting your testosterone levels checked for sure

I saw alot of shit in the hospital i was in and imo we shuld be exposing the conditions in these hospitals. We especially should be exposing things like solitary confinement which i was put in 5 or 6 times. You are put in there for about a day and not given any food only water i think. Im not sure as i was in severe morphine and clonazepam withdrawals at the time and also had unmedicated psychosis. So i dont remember much of anything about solitary except trying to sleep on that disgusting mat they give you. I also remember trying to fight off abunch of security guards that come in and pin you down then shoot you full of whatever. I fought pretty good but in the end couldnt beat them all. Like how is solitary confinement legal in a so called hospital? Last i checked i was not convicted of any crime

Outside of solitary our hospital was not that bad. Atleast not compared to what ive heard about american hospitals fuck those places. In some American hospitals they apparently strip search you and how thats legal i dont know. It's supposed to be a hospital not prison. We atleast had cigs, weed and takeout. You want takeout in there to as the food is fucking dreadful in there. I think the weed and cigs and also not being segregated by sex like some American hospitals are kept the fights between patients to a minimum. I didnt even have to buy my takeout alot as the guy i shared a room with would order pizza alot and he always gave me some. As bad as that place is you do meet some really cool people in there occasionally.

When i asked my shrink to give me a blood test for test levels he sad that it was really the job of the gp to do that not him. So your shrink may say that its the job of the gp to do it The virtual gp gave me the blood test no problem especially after i said my shrink agreed with me about getting the blood test. When i asked my old gp who also refused to treat my pain she said that testing for testosterone levels wasent usually necessary. God i hated her and was so glad when i dumped her and found a real doctor

Dont worry bro its funny but after all these 5 injections i got i just made one of the best form since 2016 soo... My muscles grow crazy fast which is a sign of healthy body and hormones

I found myself crying about how many animals have died from human activity. I saw people talking online about how they haven't seen wild animals in years, other than birds and squirrels. I live in an area where I see deer and turkeys. My sister almost lives in the downtown area and she still sees deer, possums, and raccoons. They come up from the river valley near near her house. I see fewer rabbits than when I moved here and I wonder what that means for the local predators. I haven't heard foxes in a while, I hope they're still here. I never saw one, they're pretty shy because they're not city foxes as well as just nocturnal, but I would hear them. Their mating season starts soon, I'll keep an ear out, but I think it might mean bad things for the local ecosystem if they can't thrive here. It was really normal for me to do this at least bimonthly lol, whenever I am reminded of lost abundance and how things have even changed in my lifetime. Feeling more connected to the world.
