Wow it really takes so long to recover. I had 5 shots I’m hoping to see some improvements at least by the end of this year. I believe I’m going to start St. John’s Wort soon to help out.
Just don't take an SSRI. Guanfacine helped me too if you have ADHD. I was scared to take anything after I got PSSD so I stopped taking it.

Does anyone have any positive things to say that they are seeing in their recovery? I really want to know I’ll get better. Only one month out of recovery, losing my patience already.
What I don't understand is that now I have an almost normal orgasm whereas before I had almost no orgasms my morning erections have returned I have some positive negative emotions but I am never hungry I don't I'm never thirsty, it's really rare

Your feelings are made in your stomach. Serotonin is primarily produced in the stomach.
No hunger. No feelings.
No hangry
I'm not hungry I'm not thirsty but I feel some negative emotions like fear, anger sometimes and a little sadness but I still can't cry and the last time I laughed a lot despite the fact that I never feel hungry or thirsty

I am on my 2nd day of fasting without food I hope to be able to fast 7 days inchallah then resume a fruit and vegetable diet

The pituitary gland is fucked. It’s responsible for hormones. Blocking the serotonin and dopamine is one thing But why oh why the hormones.

I need my hormones to make a baby. It’s a delicate balance down there.

Ghrelin is the hormone that tells you that you are hungry and it is time to get something to eat. It signals the brain when the stomach is empty. After the body receives food, it will begin to shut down the ghrelin hormone and the body begins to release leptin. Leptin signals the brain to stop eating

Because these systems are correlated, it also affects GABA and Glutamate. But you shouldn't worry about the hormones, these always recover, most commonly after a year. I recovered hunger in 15 months.

It's the injections that did that to me also I knew a guy who took aldol injections in the hospital he only burped and that did that to me throughout the withdrawal there that begins to calm down
