I still had anhedonia and couldn't enjoy anything really, but if I waited more I would probably be 100% healed.
Thoughts, libido, weed high, emotions etc. all came back.

That scares the shit out of me cuz I want my anhedonia to lift a little bit at september which makes 7 months for me and fully recovered by january 2025 which is 11 months for me

It might take less time for you.
But yeah, I still had anhedonia, but it was less severe compared to being on the Xeplion shots.

I think I'm like 75% recovered overall, 50% sexually. I give myself a passing grade at being me, but still kinda doing poorly. I have some emotional reactivity. My orgasms feel good even though I still have a big loss of erogenous sensation. Sensation over my body improved again, that is now mostly healed but still missing what I call the "fine tuning".

I impulsively signed up for dating apps because I was fantasizing about meeting up with someone at Pride but that didn't work out and now I have two dating apps on my phone I'll probably end up deleting lol. June ain't over yet tho.

i would rather sleep 6 hours than sleep 12 hours from invega. I quit 100 days ago and I still sleep 12 hours everyday

I definitely feel rested at 12 hours and I don't mind it at all but I could also feel rested at 7 hours just like I was before invega.

yes I have appetite and feel rested and tired but I don't feel stress after invega

Today is the first day I took my supplements.
4 Supplements for libido, testosterone and overall sexual desire, and 3 for the brain, well, it was supposed to be 4 including Lions mane, but hey, I prefer not taking it for now.

I used to weigh 70kg when I was healthy before all the injections. Now I weigh 78kg and I have a small belly.

Not much, but the fat gain is noticable when I'm shirtless.
I also got a bit of men boobs cause of it.
