i dont understand how a doctor can proscribe a medication like invega if it does damage???

It is possible since TD is known to occur in people after two weeks of medication. Since the shot is supposed to last one month, it can happen.

I got TD after 9 months of low-dose antipsychotic use.
It will most probably subside, once you stop taking the anti psychotics though it might take a couple years to go away. Permanent TD is quite rare

How the fuck some people recover after 10 injections fully yet some cry after one 10 months later. What the fuck how is it even possible
Hey man we all have different minds, some may be able to recover after 10 injections (like myself) some can't even recover after a couple of injections. I seem to be one of those lucky people. I have recovered nearly 90%, my Anhedonia is near to none existiant I now enjoy music, going on my computer playing games for countless hours I have a good interest in life now. I'm just sharing my story and how I feel I'm not going to lie about it and I have never lied on this thread about my recovery Ive been through just as much of stuff like you guys too. It's possible though you can still recover after 10 injections, my body is quite ressilant and seems to always go back to my normal mind set once I stop a medication that be AP or any other neurochemical altering meds. I hope the best for you, though I hope you recover just like how I did.

Is it really ? I hope so
Whether TD is permanent or not varies from person to person. In some cases, symptoms may lessen or even resolve completely after discontinuing the medication that caused them. However, for others, the symptoms might be permanent. Factors influencing this include the duration of medication use, the specific drug involved, and the individual's response.

Looks like there also might be dopamine cell grafting onto the brain for Parkinsons. It's still in clinical trials it looks like though..

Im start to believe that people who does not recover are mistaking their underlying issues with injections. Like they were put on a shot for a reason didnt they?

Humans follow a bunch of highly complex social norms and rules for how they behave. If you look at animals in the wild though they just act batshit all day. Humans are also made to work jobs to 'maybe' keep society running and to keep building it in some name of 'progress'. We live unnaturally and it's making everybody sick and insane. We've been highly socially-conditioned and mind-controlled. The media and that television set has taken that conditioning to levels that even those at the top never really thought that they could attain.
starting to think you may be psychotic brother, the way your speaking is psychotic humans should be civilized thats what differentiates us from animals, please get some help for that even if its not meds just get help or at least put the meth down and use milder drugs like weed mdma or psychedelics meth might be making you go psychotic brother seems like it

If you had enough money and connections you could probably get a dopamine cell grafting procedure done or the one where they inject stem cells directly into your brain.
most ppl recover and dont need that stuff, but yeah some ppl need it and should try it if they can

I can’t believe I got this from one shot you gotta be kidding me.

Would you be able to get your paliperidone blood levels tested? People here are trying to find out how much recovery actually correlates to paliperidone left in the blood… would be really great if you could. GP should be able to do it for you

I'm not saying that humans shouldn't be civilized. There is negative social conditioning and mind-control going on though on a mass scale. MDMA is a type of meth. I do weed too and shrooms sometimes. Yeah I'm trying to cut down.

I'd like to but my psychiatrist said the hospital doesn't test for it. The only person I think might do it has me with yearly checkups and I got mine a month or 2 ago.

In the research I’ve seen it says it persists in 67-86% of cases (two studies had different recovery rates. One said 33% and one said 14% chance of recovery). That was persistence of over 6 years.

My TD got worse after I stopped, sadly. I only recently started noticing it.

There were a couple people I saw on Reddit (like 4) who said their symptoms gradually went away after 1 - 1.5 years though. Apparently remission can still happen after 2 years.

I am terrified because to me it signifies permanent brain damage and I might not recover my other faculties either. However there is still a chance I may heal. It’s the not knowing that is really scary, along with the poor statistical outlook.

But it’s possible, and I’ve gotten slightly better in other ways, so we should be looking at those positives.
