Mental Health Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 8.0

My estradiol is in range, I just had it tested again today on the same day of the month I had it tested last time.

The emotional blunting from my PSSD let up just a little bit, I can feel sadness and I cry a lot now, but I only feel sad for myself. Quicker to anger too, I used to be quite hotheaded, but not overly so like how my dad is.

Still forever bashing my head against a wall over taking Prozac. I would be close to normal by now for sure.
 
i drank coffee and all it did was make my brain fog worse! weed did the same but even more i tried weed right after being injected it made the brain fog so bad i was brain dead!
 
coffee didn’t effect me for the longest time after abilify but now it wakes me up slightly. But I noticed if my brain is already in a certain state then it doesn’t help me that much I kind of have to be in an already elevated mood for it to enhance things. You can try matcha green tea it can help

Don’t beat yourself up about the Prozac, you didn’t know . It’s a very commonly prescribed medication too. I truly believe you will recover

Man, I hope so. I also hope Invega didn't permanently do anything to my genital tissue, the texture is different in places, like all the sensitive spots are rough. I thought it went away but it came back. I had blisters. My tongue was injured for sure and it has healed.
 
If you can feel caffeine I recommend using it. Opens your mind a decent amount. When I smoke weed without caffeine it’s a very weird high. But when I use caffeine it’s an enjoyable high. It’s like it activates some dopamine and makes the high pretty normal like it woukd without caffeine if I never got this shot. Definitely been taking advantage of this because it makes things somewhat better. Getting motivated to hit the gym now so imma definitely do that. Id like to lose this fat on face and stomache.
 
Almost 6 months off and I have little improvements like I’m able to play video games and be a bit more interested in tv. Sexually I was veryslightly aroused when watching porn giving me a boner for the past 2 days. Also having morning wood which I never had for past 11 months so far 2 times this week too.
 
Coffee is now working normally I would say. Gives me a little bit of jitters and raises my heart rate where I can feel it pounding. Also feel more alert. Is it the same? I’m not entirely sure cuz honestly I forgot after 11 months what it is suppose to feel like. Is that a normal reaction to caffeine? Lemme know

I’ve noticed that caffeine gives me a boost too. I have noticed this! I think caffeine does something to the dopamine. I feel like when I drink caffeine it feels more like how I felt before getting injected. I feel motivation for sure. The only thing it messes with my sleep so I can’t drink it too often
