Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 12

Low dose seroquel after third experiment rosenhan on me once in a few days was helpful, total fear of antipsychotics is disabling, brain is neuroplastic to some extent, its the huge doses that are traumatising, it was helping me stabilize while being in extreme anguish from constant fight or flight, but if i would live with loving parents it would not be needed cause i would be feeling safe, 25 mg is the lowest dose 800 mg is maximum, so its like lamp of wine vs 3 litre of vodka

I don't think taking abilify at a low dose will help. After just 2 days of use it's very unlikely to have hindered your recovery though. If you feel you made a mistake you will have no problems stopping it now as your body is not dependent on it, so no withdrawals. Abilify is the last thing your brain and receptors need. Just give it time and let your body heal naturally. Your brain won't go back to homeostasis while taking more antipsychotics, even low dose abilify can induce anhedonia.

I can see why you tried it. Invega leaves many people hopeless and desperate for relief, I was after being injected with it.
 
I'm going through a really hard time with severe stress and anxiety due to a personal situation (long-term harassment). It's affecting my sleep, mood, and recovery progress😞
Has anyone else here dealt with cyberstalking and harassment from an ex-partner? How do you fight back against it? I feel completely broken

Report him to the police or have a guy your friends with or dating handle him I guess best of luck

Theres no month my man, everyone's different could be 2 or close too 3 years in my case for the emotions too fully recover. Just let your body heal and dont worry about how long it takes.
