Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 12

BROOO FUCK THAT . They told me the same shit injections for 6 months and when 6 month came they said nope its 1 year. Bro trust me like fkn trust me they will keep extending it forever and ever . I basically said fuck that and told them no more and they couldnt do shit since i wasnt on CTO but it took 10 injections before i realized i can stop. Do yourself a favor and demand an immediate taper tbh you dont even need to tape as antipsychotic injections naturally taper on their on so i basically went from 100 mg to nothing and no problems no psychosis nothing . If you are not on a CTO get off that shit ASAP .

Bro you are definitely right . I’m trying to convince my parents and it’s not going as bad as bad as I thought since I explained to them pills and injection is different . I just have to taper off my epival which is a mood stabilizer but I’m quitting invega cold turkey

Yep I love going for walks listening to music. I can game for about an hour max but I’m trying to improve that as well . I’m trying to watch some YouTube as well
 
My OCD is back and I startle again and I can't be outside at night anymore, alone anyway. Maybe with my dog and while someone in the house is awake.
 
Will cognitive function and mental clarity return to how they were before antipsychotics? I’m not talking about IQ — I mean focus, memory, sharpness, and the ability to think clearly without brain fog. Has anyone fully recovered that?

Thank you so much for your reply. That really gives me hope. When my cognitive function recovers, I hope to go to university and study bioinformatics — it's been my long-time dream. I expect to be in my best condition by that time

Why doesnt sexual.ability return? I am missing much more than just sexual ability. My libido is almost gone, have other sexual dysfunction too.

Can you share what your dosage and number of injections were?
 
If your guys penis stopped working because of these drugs. Maybe go to a mens health clinic to get it fixed. You have to pay 2000-10000
 
Sexual ability does come back, even if you get PSSD after from taking an SSRI like I did.

I had another full, real orgasm yesterday and it has only gotten more consistent over time. I'm also finally getting a real sense of myself back.

I couldn't start treatment, I'm too afraid of the side effects for now. I felt a bit of improvement, I was able to get out of bed and take a shower.
 
Im almost two months off from my last 100mg and I suddenly feel okay, not like motivation or anything and I still feel empty but I feel.. okay is this what a window is? There’s no adrenaline but I’m currently watching the tv and can actually watch it, does this happen is this a good sign for the future

WHat is your age?
I think invega messed up with hormone production too not just dopamine receptors. I think we need to look into more as to why sexual.function doesnt fully come back for many people on invega.

I'm sorry :( it's hard, I have OCD too, that was my original diagnosis for so many years now. It's back along the anxiety now. Don't isolate yourself, it's hard to break the barrier between you and what you fear, don't force yourself to do it, but when the occasion presents itself, don't let the fear hold you back. Maybe it's how I see ERP. I've never tried doing it with a therapist. Sending my prayers
 
Does drive return later down the line? I feel like I can deal with most things but drive is something we all need, motivation to work etc.. has anyone recovered their drive and what sort of time frame? Thanks in advance. Tom
