Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 12

I am in a similar situation, except that i can now feel substances again. I too used to be a very creative person and kept coming up with new stories to write before the injections. I was working on a book before they crippled me with poison. On top of that i am lacking in my cognitive and physical abilities. BUT, i had improvements, and these improvements have made my journey easier. I spoke to other people who said they recovered in 1.5 years to 18 months. In my non-scientific personal opinion,, improvements are a sign that the homeostatic process has begun and our brains will slowly try to transform.
How long has it been for you again? When did your ability to feel substances come back?

I mean creativity comes back for sure I think the reason that we are not creative anymore is we don’t realase dopamine to be creative , I don’t know, my main problem right now is just enduring, it’s getting super hard to keep my self busy, do you workout as well? Has it been effective?
I think creativity happens when all parts of the brain work together. Invega somehow disrupts the connections between different parts of the brain. I am trying to work out, i feel very unfit compared to before invega, it has been effective in helping me lose weighr, but the mental effects of exercise do not last as long as they did before invega. Recovery from exercise also takes longer now.

There has to be something to help keep you engaged. How about take a racquet and a ball and hit the ball against the wall continously? Or anything that can keep you engaged both mentally and physically.

I tried everything and it seems it’s not helpful, I can’t delete the idea of suicide from my fucking shitty brain, I have to decide soon what am I gonna do , fight with this boredom or give up because it’s getting frustrating

What improvements you had in 8.5 months compare to for example month 5?
-I am able to feel substances again
-my sleep has become less disrupted
-i also wake up feeling more rested now
-appetite has reduced

The things that have shown very little to no improvement are:
-cognitive ability, memory, creativity, and imagination
-extreme depression, extreme anxiety, mood swings < these symptoms keep fluctuating
-energy levels keep fluctuating
-sexual function has shown very little improvement
-motivation and drive are lacking
-emotions are still blunted

I understand what you are going through... i myself sometimes just want to end it. But, you have a higher chance of recovery than me. In probably 3 months time youwill have enough relief to keep moving forward.

How do you know that I will get better ? All the symptoms I have shows I won’t get better and everyday is struggle, I can’t take it anymore I want my old life back which is impossible, so why do I even suffer more and at the end nothing changes
Because the vast majority of people who take this drug will go back to normal. If a drug permanently turned a large amount of people into zombies permanently, we would know about it.

Do you think tinnitus as a tardive side effects (13 months after the last injection) it’s permanent? I don’t even know if it’s a tardive side effects or hypersensivity of receptors
