You’re believing ChatGPT over medical studies and what your literal doctor said. This is exactly why I advised you to ignore using ChatGPT as a medical resource.

Read the medical study I linked, reading just the abstract and conclusion is enough to gain understanding.

Start taking SJW if you want Invega to get out your system quicker
Actually ChatGPT is more educated about AP’s damage than 99.99% doctors i talked with, and it’s good for technical use but again don’t fall for it too emotional because when it capting that it start to give you answer you “need to hear” just to track your emotional profile, these data is shared with mossad, never forget that.

Carbamazepine significantly reduced the plasma concentration of paliperidone. The plasma concentration of paliperidone at baseline and with coadministration of 200, 400, and 600 mg/d were 45.8 ± 11.7, 26.9 ± 13.7, 17.1 ± 8.2, and 15.9 ± 7.6 ng/mL, respectively. The concentration of paliperidone with carbamazepine coadministration at doses of 200, 400, and 600 mg/d were 55.7% ± 20.7%, 36.1% ± 12.2%, and 33.6% ± 10.4%, respectively, of baseline. This effect occurred even at the carbamazepine dose of 200 mg/d and reached a plateau at doses higher than 400 mg/d. However, carbamazepine coadministration exacerbated the psychotic symptoms in some patients.
Someone have to make serious study and research about that, we cannot do shit like that from our own, we are the patient but we have to do the doctors and researcher’s work

I asked an update from the university hospital, they answered me like that:

Dear Mr ********

Thanks for your message.
Right now we are in the process to translate all your reports from Italian to German.
The first step is to understand what is the reason for your symptoms and suffering and afterwards we can give our advice how to treat them
We already discussed your case with the senior doctors but right now I can't tell you anything new

Kind regards

Is this good?

Yeah but that study is for oral paliperidone, not the injection.

What ChatGPT says makes sense. It may lower the levels of Invega in the blood, but it won’t accelerate the depot dissolving into the blood. So, who knows. Plus that drug comes with its own side effects as well.

I asked about St. John’s Wort. My doctor doesn’t think it would help much. Not much evidence that it will clear the drug. It affects liver enzymes and paliperidone is mostly excreted through the kidneys. But carbamazepine does affect the drug transporter (P-gp) which can accelerate clearance of the drug.

So in conclusion it may lower levels in the blood, but it won’t cause the depot to dissolve faster. Which means it will still take 18-24 months for full clearance if we are to trust the literature.

“Six schizophrenic patients initially received a 6-12 mg/d dose of paliperidone alone.”

This study is for the pill form only. I have looked for one with the injection and couldn’t find it.

The reason is the injection you recieved, nothing else. That's what is causing it.you think they're going to give you dopamine agonists

Every time i smoke the high only lasts for 20-30 min. And it’s not the same feeling as before.
It’s the same for me but with anhedonia added. I smoked 25 mins ago and the high is very strong. I hardly smoke so my tolerance is low. This will last around 90mins I reckon.

My psychiatrist from my AOT program just talked to me about a drug called carbamazepine that supposedly induces enzymes that break down invega in the blood and reduce blood levels.

Has anyone heard of this drug? I’m thinking of starting it tomorrow

I took carbamazepine once it gave me a migraine for 2 weeks. These enzyme inducers are not really going to work for this imo
