I Only had 2 injections and its been 3 months since the injections. I dont see notice any significant changes. I still cannot run or exercise like i used to, sexual dysfunction, sleep issues, dystonia, eating too much, akithisia, loss of emotions, no motivation and others.

Did you fully recover, and how long did it take for you to recover fully? What were your symptoms? Are you very slim and have low body fat? Did you exercise a lot? Are you one of those people who benefitted from.invega?
Took me three or four months. Yes "full recovery" or when I felt like I had years before. While I was on it, I was pissing in the sink and didn't even want to make something to eat. Had to force myself to do even the smallest thing. At one point, slept all day for weeks. Terrified Id never recover and thinking about ending it all. Also weighed 180 lbs, now I weigh 110 pounds. Don't eat processed foods or even meat. Don't take any drugs whatsoever.

INVEGA didn't kill you. You were just dead while you were on it.

Did you fully recover in 3-4 months? Are you serious? This is the quickest recovery i have seen. I want to know how long it took for you to completely and fully recover. Was it 3 to 4 months?

It's the "quickest recovery" "you've seen" because all you've seen is people bitching day in and day out on these forums and a good percentage of people recovered and don't come here complaining forever. They forget about and go on with life. It's just significant and feels like it will never end while it's going on but it does end.. and people move on. Some people got some other issues and can't get off their asses and make necessary changes and keep blaming the gd shots. That's not rational.. sorry. People got unrelated head problems and fuckin lazy.

Your recovery is indeed remarkable. I do think that invega effects people with pschizophrenia differently and they also dont complain about invega ruining their lives. I had stories of invega partial recoveries ranging from 8 to 12 months but never any in 4 months and with 12 injections..wow. I only had 2 injections and 4th month started, no recovery.

I think invega kills motivation completely and no one is being lazy on purpose. I was a busy productive athlete and long distance runner prior to invega, now i dont feel like doing anything, even basic cleaning. I wasnt like this 3 months ago.

What were you diagnosed with and was the diagnosis correct?

I'm not gonna talk diagnosis because I think it's wrong anyway and the subjectivity in the USA is absurd. You're feeling like shit because you're on the medication, that's what I understand you're saying? If so, no wonder. The sky is blue, water is wet, fire is hot.

I recovered in reasonable time. Don't understand people saying they never recovered. Hard to believe and I suspect this is exaggeration from a bunch of people still on something or not doing everything they can to pick back up.

Are all aspects of your personality completely back?

I don't think even total loss of motivation leading to laying in a puddle of your own piss has much to do with personality. It's just the effect of the medicine on chemicals/brain areas responsible for things like motivation which just makes it seem like personality is altered. Maybe things like booze and drugs (although that's probably mostly disinhibition) and frontal dementia... but I don't think paliparidone "changes personality." That's what I was told by someone in the field, I agree, and you might research that using an AI chat.

@Dr. Morphine thankyou for letting us know your story. It’s boosted my mood knowing you can recover in 3-4 months.

I took 2 shots of invega a couple years ago and recovered fully in 9 months and I thought that was fast!

I’m on abilify currently and hope to recover in a similar time frame.

Yeah I thought about switching like that but quit all antipsychotic along with dextro and benzo. The benzo quit was even worse. Now I don't do shit but wish I had an opiate every now and then. I actually avoid the mental health profession because of the Invega.

I disagree there, invega does cripple or blunt certain parts of your personality. I can testify to that. People in the field have denied my experience as well.

By the way you recovered after 12 injections, the injections must be low dose maybe 25mg?
