Have you tried a saline spray? otherwise steam is good for unblocking your nose, turn on the shower and run hot water until you steam up the bathroom and then sit in the steam for 10-20 minutes… make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and electrolytes.

I’ve tried many I’m using flixonase from the doctors as well at the moment, I’ll do more steaming but it’s not like a little flu or something now it’s my nose physically blocked the camera when it went up my nose could hardly go up cause it was that “swollen” well blocked.

I think it’s an allergic reaction to this Xeplion nothings helping
 
Hey everyone-

I ended up in the psych ward for a suicide attempt two weeks ago. I was there for two weeks and I just got out. They have me on lithium I was taking it for two weeks I’m still on it but I don’t like the effects so I will probably stop taking it.

I saw some people tag me while I was gone so thank you to those of you who seem to care about me. I really appreciate you guys.

As for improvement I think the anhedonia is better now but I still have a heavy feeling and a really tired feeling. And I’m still feeling suicidal and depressed. Just kinda feel like there’s no point.

Glad you’re still here. You’re certainly one of the people on the forums who still has a chance. Glad you got out of the psychiatric ward on generally low level stuff and didn’t get forced onto injections again or anything of the sort.

I feel sorrowful about the medical bills inflicted and the possible trauma that comes from surviving a suicide attempt.

Glad you’re improving as well, keep us updated on your situation

Glad you are okay! Was wondering what happened.
 
Can someone please explain to me why this drug cause memory loss? What does if do to the brain?

Well I've been trying/wanting to kill myself for a year as well. I'm not here to encourage anyone to kill themselves. Rawbanana and I have discussed it and supported each other privately. I fully understand his pain.
 
I live in Australia the the Australian football League Finals start tonight. Something that makes me happy and makes me want to stick around for at least a bit longer.
