To be exact this time round I have not only taken 7 monthly injections of abilify. But also 2 months ish worth of pills and 6 fast acting AP injections. Still got more to take as well. My plan is to keep my body strong with carnivore diet/raw milk + hot baths and hope for the best. If I heal it will be a miracle

I’m just in a plead for help cause I’ve got this blocked nose situation been going on for 7 weeks now. I want to see improvements cause this isn’t normal

I would say having a blocked nose long term is one of the most debilitating symptoms.

Does anyone take caplyta? I’m 2 years off invega (loading dose plus 3 or 4 monthly 150mg injections) and my main complaint is that I can no longer feel cannabis, coffee, etc.

My doctor is switching me from vraylar to caplyta and I also am taking lamictal and Wellbutrin.
You probably can’t feel those things because you’re still on medication

I’m sorry for what happened to you tony. Maybe some bodies know how to heal and others don’t. You had a shit tonne of shots. Maybe you need longer. I wish I could say I have healed from long term use of APs but I have only healed from 4 months use max in the past. I have doubts whether I will recover this time due to your story.
bro i had more than double ur shots 10 invega 3 haldol maybe i just never recovered from the haldol and i recovered from invega long time ago. Good news though is that abilify is kinda helping with mood and motivation at 2 mg so i like it and i will keep using it. You recovered before ur guranteed to recover again . Your brain knows how to do that while for me my brain never learned to recover cuz i just had too many shots. Also no need to apologize, a disgusting psychiatrist did this to me not you.

I’m tired of listening to people tell me it’s gonna get better as if they have any idea

The damn people who made this stuff don’t even know how long this stuff stays in the system or even how it works. It’s fucking diabolical man. This is such a tragedy. One of the worst tragedies of our time.

Sorry if this is TMI but does anyone feel like their pee smells different now?? like bad?? It kinda smells like those b-complex vitamins. It’s so unpleasant man

This recovery is taking too long. I have stuff to do and I have to wait months before I get back to normal. It's awful. Hope I would be able to feel good from nostalgic thoughts like before and also hope my thinking goes back to being a 100% fine. One thing I notices is that I barely feel hatred, anyone experiencing this?

There is no recovery everyone Sorry I'm living proof of that , 18 months 0 recovery 😂😂😂. Some people on here who said they recovered are lying. I won't say who but there was this guy who said he recovered at 24 months but 3 months later he was in my DM asking me if i recovered and begging me for a solution. He clearly lied to get yall hopes up so warning , don't believe every1 who say they recovered . Yes some do but not all, for many it is PERMANENT.
I'm almost back to normal (except all the weight I gained and being tired af but that might just be my job or the extra weight) at the 6 month mark. It does happen. I can enjoy things and feel pleasure, sexual function came back, ability to think, cognition, memory and all the weird mental affects are gone. I can't really feel the 'feel good' affects of alcohol though. I had 3 shots. The 5 month mark is where I really felt a difference. It was like a light switch flipped and I snapped back to my normal brain one day walking down the street.

You unfortunately had a fuck tonne of shots. My pharmacist said it takes longer to clear for each additional shot so that's likely why you're still feeling it and unrecovered. ChatGBT does a pretty cool half life calculation and gives a lot of good info on Invega elimination. It calculated my recovery time pretty accurately.

Currently my symptoms are:
Pressure in eyes/ front of head
Blurred vision
Some light sensitivity
Dulled cognition
Muscle fatigue & cannot physically exercise without fatiguing at a rapid pace.
Reduced semen volume
-

I’m scheduled for 4 more shots, hoping I recover my cognitive abilities especially so I can resume my work as a teacher.

Why are they giving you these shots? What problem do you have? That's a lot of shots to recover from.

Went to the psychiatric hospital twice in a months time due to psychosis. They put me on the shots for 6 months so I wouldn’t comeback. It’s court ordered so there’s no escaping it, I’ve successfully gotten the shots lowered from 234 mg to 156 mg. Hoping I can continually get them lowered, will try to get it lowered to 117 mg by my 6th shot.[ I’m at 4/8 right now.]

You’re lucky I got 4 shots and it’s been 7 months for me and I’m not doing great. Life is a total nightmare! It’s just terrible.
