I’m just scared right now cause the sudafed is starting to wear off pretty soon, and cant breathe from nose is hell right now so I just need as much support as possible
And on the bright side this place is lovely this is my first time here

It does feel impossible but thats not the case if you take care of your body. If the fat in blue milk has been homogenized its not good. That fat/cream has been damaged and is no good for healing. Go for unhomogenised full fat milk if you can get it.

The brain is made of animal fat and cholesterol. You need to eat animal products/meat. Eggs are great with runny yolks. Consistency is key.

If anyone disagrees with me thats cool just don’t lash out on me for not believing in vegetables 🙏

I used to stare at blue light all day looking for recovery stories. In one of the past threads there is a list of like 20 people who all recovered. Ranging from 1 injection to over 20 injections. Keep going no matter how dark it gets. You can make it out.

That’s what I’m doing it sucks 9 months to heal and stop a nose block dude from two injections ? You seem to be the only one so far who’s had nose block and recovered and thank god for that
 
Ha I am Back with Bad News. I got injected again but this time with Abilify. And all I can say is to prevent the worst sideeffects bite through. Don't opress yourself. I know you are scared of Rules and all in the Hospital. Fact is this drug in Combination of opression of "self" turns you psychopathic high Dopamin less depression, empathy is way lesser. Crying is only for myself, but I feel so lonely and scared with this drug
 
Now what you can do is emerge yourself in Nature, Connect deeply, suck in and down breathe with a tree into the brain. Try to throw away the Phone even If it's boring. You need to do something

Im on abilify too. Its almost as bad as invega was for me

Try to give Back to mother Nature something If you only Take Take Energy it doesnt really Work. WE don't want to live against Nature WE want to live with her balanced Energy Transfer. Her trees can heal but they get Cut down a Lot. I learned a techniques to give Back and that's to Press down til you feel it sucking down. But you can Bring a Apple seeds or something too. This world is too stubborn and yes invega and abilify killed my spirituality kinda. My beliefs crush
 
I got some severe pains when trying to sleep,

I close my eyes then 10/20 mins later boom
A sharp hot burning pain on my chest rising up

It immediately shocks me out of bed can’t continue sleeping

These meds fucked me up

I can’t even watch TV

Yeah i understand makes sense that your not OK. It will get better but it takes time.
