Ofc you dont, you just want the suffering to end. When your brain and body is constantly trapped in a suffering situation with no escape, the only thing you can think off is ending it.

I also have a feeling that this poison is going to be the cause off my death since the day i got them, in every direction my body is feeling the bad side effects from it. I feel how weak i have become, and how my immune system, hormones, nervous system, dopamine and etc has gone down to 0 (the psychological and emotional part is a whole different story). I feel so bad physically that for the last 8 months im giving myself a maximum of 2 years of lifespan.

I could go through life with chronic depression just not to bare these side effects from this poison. Its like depression anhedonia and much more but 1000x times more intense.

In the 1st version of these threads a guy who opened up this topic stated:

“Then I found another guy who was taking Haldol for 3 months then got one shot of Invega Sustenna for 1 month. It took him roughly the same time period to recover as well. He mentioned that one night he was having a sleep paralysis and then felt a wave of euphoria washed over him. The next morning he said he woke up feeling better than he had felt all year.”

Thats what feels more realistic to me, that one day your nervous system just launches again, and all the biochemistry starts to reconnect with everything that this poison has shut down and destroyed. For some reason i dont believe in a progress that is made step by step. As @Pretty Green said, it feels like its disconnected from the body and the poison is blocking it from reconnecting.

This truly is a hell of a ride, endless suffering. I get only 2-3 hours of sleep per day, and even that period feels like its been like 2-3 minutes of sleep. Every minute of the day thinking about this and not being able to go positive is insane, you might squeeze out a short window for like an hour where your able to encourage yourself for the positive. But that doesn't last long.

What time period did he say for the haldol and Invega shots? I can’t find it
 
So I met with my Psychiatric Provider today.

She agreed to take me off the Invega even if the prior authorization for the new med is denied.

I told her about the muscle stiffness.

However she has resubmitted PA’s for patients using a different diagnosis and had that work before so I am hoping it works for me!

I had NO side effects with Caplyta I just forgot to take it so I will have to remember to take it now.

She also said that since I am young the Invega Trinza should clear my body faster in about 6 months.

I also found a guy who had been taking it for 3 months and felt better after 8-9 months. He did not say how many months it took since the last injection to feel better. It seems he is doing well and is now busy living his life to give more details.

Then I found another guy who took Haldol for 3 months, then I got Invega Sustenna injection for 1 month. It took him about the same amount of time to recover. He mentioned that one night he suffered from sleep paralysis and then felt a wave of euphoria wash over him. The next morning, he said he woke up feeling better than he had all

I was taking Avanza 45-90mg for several years, and it worked well for sleep, but caused dry mouth, even if it helped with nerve pain. I treated it like an antipyschotic as it would send my appetite through the roof.

I guess that you're struggling with coming off of these drugs. Yes, I can attest. Coming off Abilify after being on it for 2 weeks was hell. It took me at least a month before I felt OK again, but after that it seemed to return to normal. I came off it end of September, and it took until end of October before things returned to normal. It intially increased sex drive, but then drained it...as I was expecting. It's a fucking nasty drug and I would never touch it. I couldn't resist the urge to constantly move. I felt like spmeone else inside me wouldn't stop pushing me around and telling me what to do, and they were like "get up" and "move around" and "don't sit still" and "I'm going to jostle you until you start moving again". It literally felt like being jostled in an inner sense. It was horrible. I wanted to stop, so I did.

I have cognitive dulling and I’m scheduled for 6 months of 234 mg Invega. Does anyone have advice on what to do about this/does this go away?

See if there's anything you can do to switch off Invega and try a different one. I found the cognitive dulling got worse with every injection. I only did 3 but it was unreal after my 3rd and that was only 75mg. I'm 4.5 months off of the shots now and still have cognitive dulling. I was in university but had to drop out because I couldn't think or remember anything. It's getting slightly better but I still can't really think much and there's no way I'd actually be able to use my brain for anything.

Invega Sustenna is making me experience the cognitive dulling effect. I just searched it up and saw Hafyera is the 6 month one, I have to take sustenna for 6 months once monthly at 234 mg right now.

Thanks for letting me know, I’ll try and see if I can switch off of it. Any advice if I run into difficulties aka if my provider doesn’t allow me to switch off or at least lower the dosage? Thanks for letting me know about your experience, it’s valuable to me. Continue to recover.
 
Success post to give some hope! I'm 131days/4.5months off of Sustenna (100/75mg) and something has changed where the voice in my head returned, I've experienced a bit of motivation, and can feel excitement for the future! Before that I was completely dead and suicidal, even up until last weekend then something changed two nights ago and I'm starting to feel better. It was really weird it was like a light switch turning back on where I felt like I could think again and noticed a huge difference. I was not expecting that at all! It does get better and I hope all of you do too. I felt like it was going to last forever and was so scared because there is seriously nothing worse than having your pleasure and reward system shut down and now that it's back I seriously can't believe how cruel Invega is and definitely do not think it should be legal. It's so beyond f*cked up that this is given to people. What the actual fuck. Like I seriously thought of suicide almost every second of every day for 5 months since I was given it against my will twice when I don't even have schitzophrenia and was just really stressed from potentially losing my education (which actually did happen due to Invega) and the idiot doctor said it was mania. I still don't have hunger or thirst signals nor can feel nicotine but the unbearable part seems to have passed. I've heard it can be intermitant so we'll see if this is a window.
