I read through that guys posts. He was getting high 2 months off. He never truly lost his ability. Everyone who got it back, got it back almost immediately. I haven't seen anyone at all get it back after its been 4 months or more
I have, I've seen plenty of cases. People do recover, most of the people who do recover never abused drugs though. I'm 9 months off and I can get high and drunk. But I've abused the substances and I never had euphoria before the shot so it's no different. It's going to be a lot harder for someone who has fried there receptors before invega for them to recover. You have anhedonia that's why you dont feel euphoria from drugs or alchoal. People with ptsd have anhedonia and they can get high. You probably damaged your receptors from drugs even before invega. There's plenty of people I've seen be able to enjoy substances again

Me again...

Regarding some of the latest posts.... so, am i the only one who feels no difference, in the way substances feel while on invega? I use coffee, tobacco, beer, weed, and sometimes benzos. They give the exact same feeling as without invega.

I really do wish just 1 single person would come by and prove me wrong and say "Yeah i was able to get high at 6 months off the shot" or even 1 year or something. But they aren't anywhere to be seen.
Hey. Bsck in 2015 when i was on risperidone i couldnt get drunk or high. However about 9 m9nths after i stopped taking it i could get drunk and stoned again. But i would advise agsinst ppl trying to get stoned after experiencing psychosis

No there are a few others I’ve seen but it does seem to be the large minority

Are you schizophrenic?

Are you schizophrenic?
Good question. My invega packs say, on the prescription label "for treatment of schizophrenia" But when i had a contact to mental healthcare, they said i have no schizophrenia. It just says so for some reason. I have been many years without any kind of psychiatric help or so, but going back to outpatient care soon. Gonna get my diagnosis up to date. It is a confusing situation.

I think i am schizo. But i want professionals to evaluate me.

How do you feel when you high or drunk

How do you feel when you high or drunk
Well, basically i feel high or drunk then. I am an alcoholic, so about the first 6 beers basically do nothing. Then the intoxication slowly arrives. Then i keep drinking while listening to music (and greatly enjoying the music) and write stupid stuff online. Cannabis gets me high or stoned, depending on the sativa/indica ratio of the strain i happen to have. There is no difference, when compared to the times i was like 18 years old and never had a single antipsychotic med.

Thanks for the response, same thing with me sativa or indica I still just get that stoned feeling but indicas give me the munchies. I haven't had euphoria from weed since I was 18 and I'm 22 now

hello im 15 months off the invega trinza and I think the healing process is around 70% out of 100, I still can't sleep how a normal person would sleep, I still have suicidal thoughts, still feel like time goes by slow only in the evening times, my appetite is very low, im still very indecisive, I have lost a lot of weight though maybe like 30 pounds since February (I am 193 as opposed to my highest weight while on invega.. 260), I also have more energy to do things like watching tv shows/movies and going to the gym for like 3 hours and a half (if I wanted to), my sweating is still there it changes on different days, I can now pee less frequently like every 3 1/2 hours better than every 1 hour 2 months ago, my breast have gotten smaller but its still visible, my stomach has also gotten smaller but its still bloated if I let go, my rash I had is also gone, I can cry and smile just a little bit but i still get very irritated and angry around people easily, I still get bored easily and I still have to keep moving around everywhere to help the boredom, I still have regrets after when I eat something that I would think is a big meal, I am still constipated when I take a shit unless if I drink coffee, I still can't ejaculate easily, and I am also noticing I am getting more hornier than ever lately,i also notice that water is the only drink that satisfies me to not come back to drink again, another symptom that really pisses me off is my body temperature gets hot randomly, Its so uncomfortable i can't do anything right. im tryna figure out all the symptoms I experienced from that devil drug, I should be feeling good about the positives about this but I just feel like I shouldn't have been taking these drugs in the first place anyways. so the question I always ask myself is... what will I do when Im 100% healed from this injection? (if I ever get completely healed) im just confused about this ive been on this injection since 2015. I hope everyone here gets peace about this injection cause it is a horrible experience, I will update again in a few months or sooner if I feel healed.

guys I honestly think that the only way to recover is physical activity that stimulates the receptors the sunlight and the dialogue with normal people in the real world, these were the things that had made me resume the last time, and there I assure you that it was not a fake shot but I had recovered at 100x100 from 5 injections, total time for the recovery at 100x100 about 14 months, having found a girl had helped me a lot, this time I am dealing with her differently, unfortunately I am alone, I work 10 hours and a half a day and I do not have time to play sports and to be in nature but, if I were you, without work, I would concentrate 100x100 on recovery

Hi everyone, I hardly come on here anymore as I have fully healed I believe but I just wanted to come on here and give hope to you guys. I was put on the 75mg invega sustenna injection for 5 months then I was switched to abilify for 3 months, this period of my life was the most challenging experience I’ve had. I had no motivation to live life, had no emotions and had a constant feeling of low mood like someone just died, it was horrible. I’m now 4 months off and I feel great I can get high from weed and feel excited for life, I recently got a job and a call centre for the tax office and I’m trading forex on the side I made 10k trading this month so I’m thinking about quitting my tax office job soon. You guys will get on the other side and have great gratitude, I’m couldn’t be more grateful that I made it through within 4 months, im pretty young only 19, I’ll keep coming back on here to answer peoples questions I encourage you guys to respond (:

Were you always able to get high while on the shot or did that come back after 4 months?

I could feel the high but it was something missing, I couldn’t feel euphoric like I couldn’t feel good just felt high but invega would overlap it. It actually came back after 1 month but it wasn’t fully restored still needed that relaxed feeling. Now getting high is like super fun I feel very mellow.
