Hey guys and girls. Still no change for me its been nearly/close to 3 years off the drug/invega injection. 200% permanent damage. But i'm super keen on meeting my son or daughter in Feb 10/2020. I found out the gender next Tuesday - pretty keen on that, :) I hope all of you are doing well. BTW I still read this forum. :)

Congrats on your new edition. So you still don’t have thoughts or emotions?

Got an email that I didn’t get the job I was looking forward to. Outside of that same ole same ole. Being in this fucked up situation.

I'm sorry to hear that. I know how difficult it can be to experience the rejection of not getting a job offer that you're so desperately looking forward to. In fact, it's precisely that which triggered my downfall into psychosis and made me wind up in the hospital. I was doing well for myself in DC and had just completed a prestigious internship. As my internship began to wrap up, I gained acceptance into a prestigious journalism fellowship program. However, I was rejected by several outlets in the placement process and was ultimately not accepted into the program. I felt crushed and devastated. Mentally, I began to fall into a psychosis within a matter of months. By the last day of August, I was hospitalized and eventually given the horrible invega sustenna shot. I've lost sexual function, memory, concentration, and most feelings/emotions. I simply cannot forgive the hospital for giving me the shot without informed consent. I was not made aware of the high side effect profile of the shot and I would not have taken it knowing what I know now. Needless to say, I'm in a difficult position now. I've more or less lost the skills that drove me to success in my career -- at least until the shot wears off -- and I'm stuck staying at home for the time being.

Upon recovery, I hope to become a writer or continue on in political activism/nonprofits.

Days 38 and 39

I strung together two consecutive "good" days. Not "good" in the objective sense, but both days were an improvement over previous days.

Good
I hung out with my friends, I felt my emotions a little bit more, had a long conversation about politics, and ran 2.5 miles at the gym.

Bad
Still lacking in energy and creativity
Sexual dysfunction
Voice
Overall fatigue
Still dealing with major anhedonia even though it has improved a little bit
Im about 7.5 months off and wanna say that I still have some sexual dysfunction... I can finally reach orgasm but my libido is still very low... I too have low energy... but it is getting better I think... I hope my experience provides u with any positive hope... I’m hoping by month 11 I will be back to my typical self... your hormone prolactin levels are probably really high so that will hinder sexual function... I have been monitoring my hormone levels with my doctor... will know more next appointment with my family doctor!

Coincidentally, one of the outlets that I was interested in writing for one day has actually covered invega sustenna.

@Invegastolemysoul Show this to your uncle:

"Patient A was tested every month to monitor adherence to medications. Data indicated that this patient had tested low positive for paliperidone for 16 months in a decreasing trend. Interestingly, paliperidone was not observed in the 13th month but it was positive again in the 14th and 15th months.
Patient B had 3 years of urine testing history in our database. Notably, this patient was prescribed Invega once, which was then replaced with Haldol® (haloperidol). Although Invega was stopped and replaced with Haldol after the 4th month, paliperidone was continuously positive for >3 years with a decreasing trend. Negative paliperidone results were also observed twice at the 36th and 43rd months and then positive again in the following specimens."

The "professionals" prescribing this shit to ill patients know jack shit about the drug or it's effects. Saying that it won't stay longer than 3 months in ones system is like saying the Earth is flat or that cows can fly. Or simply put, it's bullshit.
The main reason why it takes so long for paliperidone to get out of the system is that paliperidone is fat-soluble. It gets stored in every single fat cell found in our bodies. And the not so funny thing is that 60% of brain is fat.
D2 and 5-HT2C antagonism provided by paliperidone promotes gaining fat by completely fucking up the endocrine (hormonal) system. It's not only fat-soluble but it also generates fat which it then can be stored in. By antagonizing D2 receptors, the amount of a hormone called prolactin circulating through our bodies gets skyrocketed because dopamine controls prolactin release in the brain. Prolactin suppresses fat metabolism to a great degree and it's the main reason why some people, including me, grow some nice ol' man titties.
5-HT2C antagonism will mess up the regulation of a hormone called leptin. The primary design of leptin is to help the body maintain its weight. If an individual lowers body fat percentages, the leptin will decrease as well. If the individual adds body fat, leptin levels will increase. Except if you got injected with invega. Without leptin, the body thinks it has no body fat, and this signals intense, uncontrolled hunger and food intake. Also, people who got injected with paliperidone were found to have higher levels of triglycerides in blood. Triglycerides come from calories which you eat but your body doesn't use right away so they get stored in fat cells. And once your body needs energy, hormones will trigger the release of triglycerides. But the hormone needed for that is the damn leptin I just told you about. This literal poison affects so many bodily functions in a harmful way that it shouldn't even be legal for fucks sake. If I was an evil elitist mastermind and I wanted to control the population to stay as my puppets or to kill themselves, paliperidone would be the shit I would give to everyone. I'm not saying this is the case but as far as modern medicine has gone, how the hell is it possible to have this kind of crap still available on the market? As an example, CBD found naturally within hemp and cannabis have been shown to alleviate psychotic symptoms in both acute psychosis induced by drugs or what ever, and even schizophrenia, with NO SIDE EFFECTS at high doses. There is no other reason for it to not to be on the market but because it's so easily available/accessible. Why would anyone consume synthetic man-made drugs with horrible side effects which you can't produce yourself because they're patented and it's basically impossible for a regular person to synthesize anything, when you could just grow a fucking plant and juice it for a true medication. Money talks.

But anyways, to get paliperidone out of the system as fast as possible, you should consider the following;

- vigorous exercise, I know this is pretty damn hard to start if you haven't exercised before on a daily basis and now you should start it when you're having the most miserable time of your life. Start by doing short walks at first and then eventually start jogging and running. Aerobic and endurance enhancing exercises are very effective. Gaining muscle isn't the primary mission but that too might happen to you eventually if you keep going. But when you still have high levels of prolactin, you will hardly burn any fat. But a bit is better than nothing. Exercise never hurt anyone (except the guy who crashed riding a bike). When you burn the fat which paliperidone is stored in, it gets released into the system and you might feel the effects of it again if it reaches the brain, even though you've felt none before. It's a vicious cycle.

- water fasting, on top of the fasting to make your body burn the fat, drinking water won't hurt you because paliperidone is mostly renally excreted so technically this could speed up the detoxifying.

- healthy diet, consume food filled with unhealthy fats and sugars as little as possible even if you had the worst cravings. Eating chips and drinking coke won't help you lose the fat which paliperidone is stored in. And eating unhealthy food will make your triglyceride levels to go even higher.

- St. John Wort, after further research, I personally think that this is one of the most important steps for recovering from paliperidone. SJW is an inducer of a protein called P-gp. The protein pumps foreign substances back into blood from cells. And since it's pretty damn hard to burn fat found in your brain which 60% of the brain is made of, I highly suggest this even though I'm not personally using it. Yet. I smoke weed (memes here) instead because THC is also a P-gp inducer and it's actually easier to get from where I live than high quality SJW which is kinda funny. But SJW is far more safer to use for this purpose. SJW also has antidepressant and -anxiolytic effects in the brain. It inhibits the reuptake of serotonin, dopamine, noradrenaline, glutamate and GABA. SJW inhibits dopamine hydroxylase aswell, causing elevated levels of dopamine in the brain. SJW acts as MAO-inhibitor, which basically means that it'll slow the breakdown of dopamine, serotonin and norepinephrine. It also induces certain liver enzymes which break down like 90% of drugs. This results in lowered levels of the named drug. But since paliperidone is mostly excreted renally, induction of the liver enzymes won't probably make a big difference, but the P-gp induction most likely will. And just a heads up, if you're using any medication which is vital for your survival, SJW will lower the efficacy of it by a great degree.

- last suggestion, which I can't confirm if it works or not, is to consume dietary neurolipids. They are a key component of the body’s cells overall. Lipids ensure that cell walls remain fluid so that they can effectively regulate nutrients coming in and waste (paliperidone) going out, and supporting signal-transmitting chemicals in the brain such as dopamine and serotonin. Phospholipids are especially crucial to the health of both cell membranes and neurotransmitters. Glycolipids maintain the stability of the cell membrane and facilitate cellular recognition, which is crucial to the immune response and in the connections that allow cells to connect to one another to form tissues. Soy lecithin is a very good source of phospholipids but glycolipids for commercial use are mostly extracted from cow's/pig's brain so it could be harder to find and much more expensive than soy lecithin which is dirt cheap. I managed to find some ice cubes which got both types of lipids in them but they cost 4,25 euros a piece so even though I really wanted to give them a try I couldn't afford them sadly.

So all this shortly put; healthy diet / fasting combined with aerobic fat burning exercise will help you burn the fat which paliperidone is stored in, except in your brain. To get the paliperidone out from the brain and from the fat cells you haven't burned yet, as soon as possible, you have to consume St. John's Wort.

Off-topic: 9 months off the poison. Got injected twice within 2 weeks. I had a drug-induced psychosis. I've fully tapered off from Wellbutrin now which was a huge help in the beginning. I kind of feel lethargic and I sometimes get this weird blurry vision for a second or two, but besides those, I don't feel any of the horrible effects that invega caused anymore.

Get well soon everyone!
Hey, have you tried phenibut or kratom?
Either way, tell me what you think of the two

Btw, good to hear from you @dirtyinvega. Again congrats and good luck on with your child

Congrats on your new edition. So you still don’t have thoughts or emotions?
Thanks mate. :) Pretty excited to be honest. Nope they have never returned and they won't sadly. But that is ok. I'm ok with it now days but damn before I was gutted. This is my new life take it or leave it. Oh well all good. I hope things change/improve for you soon mate. Weather you move on or get your emotions thoughts back.

When is your court date? And if I has already passed how did it go?
My court date is always getting pushed back more and more. Because they are arseholes. But hopefully soon. I'm hopeful to have the matter settled before year end. But I'm not counting on it. Hopefully I get some money to help my son or daughter have the best life that it can have weather helping with a house deposit or University or something useful. I'll definitely make sure they are aware that antipsychotic medication is super bad for you and causes more problems then it fixed.

I called every invega lawyer in the United states that popped up on Google and knowone would represent me for my symptoms..all the lawyers that advise to be an invega lawyer will only take your case if you got man boobs before you turned 18 for some reason lawyers dont care if you have other symptoms that are just as bad

My court case is to do with loss of wages and pain and suffering my partner went though and had to have time off work to help support me. I worked out we both lossed about 180k in wages 1.5 years and we are adding 200k in pain and suffering. So a total of 380k

Edit2 Did you lose your job or had to have time off because of invega? If so go with that.
