Does anybody?s arms or legs go numb if theyre in the same position too long? This happens when im holding my phone in the same position for too long. I never was one of those people whose leg would go numb if u sit on it for too long, but something bout invega and my nerve endings or circulation has me feeling like im 60

I've been on Paxil for about a month now. This little white pill has been a miracle pill for me. It's like living an entire different life. I am beyond thankful. Only gonna get better.

Day 81.
I think the best way to be aware of the improvemenents is to go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday. By doing that, I've noticed I have a better quality sleep. Btw, I went swimming and right after my mood was better.

@Specified: zack365 is right. it's a natural scrubbing agent, like your white blood cells fight off being sick. so if you plan on getting high or taking anything it's going to work against some of that by speeding up your bodies metabolism and other inner workings. i used it to pass UA's when i was younger, but that was at 2,000 mgs in under 4 hours before i went to sleep.

do your research and start off at a smaller dose to get comfortable with it. it will make you feel a flushing sensation that's kinda odd at first but nothing dangerous. step up doses as needed. zack365 and a few others have been using it for awhile. those who haven't need to go slow.

these should help you get started: https://www.emedicinehealth.com/niacin_and_niacinamide_vitamin_b3-page2/vitamins-supplements.htm -and- https://www.urmc.rochester.edu/encyclopedia/content.aspx?contenttypeid=19&contentid=vitaminb-3

be safe Specified and take it with food and water
. or else your gonna get a tummy ache. liver problems too you non hand washing, living near pool, kangaroo hugging, lady killer you.

I question the purpose behind that post as it seemed like an attempt to exclude individuals that you do not connect with emotionally/personally.

Anywho, I'm on day 112 and I think I'm about 80% healed. Feeling better every day, 8 days away from 4 months.

Day 82 here

Bad mood has peaked but fortunately I feel less anxious. I took a 500 mg niacin pill and a hot bath to sweat. I'll keep on doing this to see if it really works.

@Rosi71: they are destroyed nerves making themselves new again.

i woke up shaking a lot this morning. not from dreaming but from nerves and receptor making themselves like new again.

just breath rosi.

When u say st johns wart reduces the effects of the invega does that mean it helps eliminate it? I wanna know purely from a quantity of invega in my bloodstream point of view, like does it break it down more or just mask it

Do u mind if i ask which agonist youre taking? I just ordered some st johns wart bc im 10 months out and i can feel, only a little bit, but we?ll see. Im crossing my fingers. For me welbutrin helped a lot but i stopped taking it bc it made me feel like everything i was doing was homework.. not so pleasurable basically.

@LifeAfterInvega: well said. question, can you and zack365 both be right?

our body has many ways of purging toxins from itself. going number one and number two, saliva and throwing up as well as our noses and the pores of our skin. to what degree i think is an important factor, how effective it is. obviously anything coming out of an orifice is going to get rid of more then trying to push it out our pores and saliva is by far the least effective. you ever get B.O. when you sweat? some of that is our bodies purging something, the rest is a few different things. though sweating might not be as effective as other means it does get rid of somethings and also promotes a more healthy functioning of the body which increase the likely hood something will be purged from your body via other routes. doing a physical activity that makes us sweat is good for the brain and emotions which also helps the healing process.

think your both right and it's important we keep doing what works until it doesn't and then we supplement it with other things we can try.

St. John's Wort (SJW) has helped half of those on the poison. your right it's less purging and more targeted at the receptors in the brain in an attempt to heal or aid them.

@Rosi71: i'm shaking more and for longer after waking up today. very good sign in healing. like being weak after laying in bed for a year, it's called atrophy. my receptors, nerves and body are trying to reach homeostasis again, it means go back to the way they were. very good sign. don't forget when you first wake up you might be nervous so take time to relax and just be. breath calmly. then get on with your day.
