Fatigue has been improving, been steadily losing weight, emotions are coming backHey do any of you have any improvements even if it’s a little bit?
I'm in the gym every day, around 3h. Yes, it's hard, but I see it as something I must do in order to recover faster from invega poison. You just have to keep pushing. Going to the gym is tough, but it can be done with strong willpower. Lift as heavy as you can, take care of your strength. Don’t let the invega lethargy overcome you. Drink a pwo and hit the weights. What is there to lose
Sexual side effects are lifting, more thoughts in my head, more energyHey do any of you have any improvements even if it’s a little bit?
My psychiatrist believes that the idea that this desperate state of mine is caused by antipsychotic therapy is actually "my fixation and a deeply mistaken belief that needs to be treated. That drugs can't have a negative effect on cognitive abilities." But this is so wrong and so out of line with my experience that I just can't help but doubt their knowledge (I've never been so desperate in my life and such a backwards version of myself until I got that Xeplion poison). He also does logotherapy, but I didn't even experience an "L" from his logotherapy, all he told me was that I was a sick man from where my despair came from and that I needed to be treated with drugs. You have the feeling that the whole system hates you and wants to destroy you.
An SSRI can cause sexual dysfunction (sometimes permanent) and functions by causing emotional numbness, you may want to rethink that for aiding recoveryCan I please get the post again of people who have had significant recoveries. I had the Invega Sustenna 156mg shots about a week apart, the last one being on June 3rd. So i am in the very beginning of recovery and will not be resuming it as it caused me akathisia for about a month. Which I think I am just now getting over. I am still able to go for my walks at about 10,000 steps a day and find some minor levels of productivity in the day after that with minor levels of joy and satisfaction after completing it.
I was wondering if any of you are on a SSRI to help with the numbness of the come down of the drug. I read that the half life is 25-44 days. Anyways, I am worried about the sexual dysfunction. I did research and found it it stems from the Prolactin increase which can be subsided with things like vitamin E and B6 and other medicines. Have any of you tried doing this? We also don't really keep in touch with a majority of the people that are on here worrying and then disappear, how do we know that they too are recovery stories and just didn't have the motivation after the hell of going through it.
Anyway, definitely still feeling numb but through the positive stories on here I expect to have a full recovery. If not full at least 80%, all in good time. If anyone could provide the list of people who have mentioned healing in the 8-14 month range I would really appreciate it.
It just seems to me that the majority of people either have mentioned a massive recovery or have stopped responding and I am hoping those that stopped responding just happened to recover as well.
I write this with love and great hope for the future. Hope everyone is making the most of the day.
You've only been off for four months, quit trying to make everyone as miserable as you areNO IMPROVEMENTS FOR YEARS
I'm sure he's not saying that he has no improvements for years, but rather referring to someone else. You've only been off for four months, quit trying to make everyone as miserable as you are
Just a reminder: Sexual side effects aren't a very reliable measure of recovery.Sexual side effects are lifting, more thoughts in my head, more energy
They just hold onto manufacturers made protocols/procedure and just act upon it and treat you like a number. Often without thinking by their own heads since they are afraid of being responsible for not holding onto protocols/procedure.My psychiatrist believes that the idea that this desperate state of mine is caused by antipsychotic therapy is actually "my fixation and a deeply mistaken belief that needs to be treated. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll recover. 10 months off probably 60% healed. It feels more impossible to heal everyday.NO IMPROVEMENTS FOR YEARS
Month 14 feels a lot different than month 10, hang in thereSometimes I wonder if I’ll recover. 10 months off probably 60% healed. It feels more impossible to heal everyday.
So are you saying you’ve had no improvements over the years ?NO IMPROVEMENTS FOR YEARS
