Doing illegal drugs is not fine in moderation. Going to gym, eating healthy, meditating, havinf a good sleep routine, working spending time in the nature is whats good for you. Not a drug that alters your perception and can cause terrible anxiety, psychosis and be lazy all day in bed eating food and smoking weed. Most people feel bad after the weed effects die off, feel worse than they were. I dont get it if u take weed for anxiety then weed causes anxiety whats the point ur better off not taking it in the first place. Lets alot of people who are depressed cause of weed and it could possibly trigger schizophrenia that you never had, weed not all but makes mosy people paranoid, they cut cocaine with washing up powder its not natrual its just all chemicals they add into it. If u want natrual high go run on the tredmil for an hour you will feel euphoric. Or go to the gym pump some weights get a nice endorphin rush. If u want dopamine increasement go out into the nature, eat a healthy meal. Your brain is already dead from invega and depleted dopamine levels by taking weed your making it worse cause ur brain becomes dependant on the drug and it stops making natrual dopamine cause of the drug it relies on that.
