I did went for a walk.. I am very optimistic about recovery dont see why you adress meI seriously doubt a few shots will leave severe permanent damage. Don’t be constantly focused on disaster scenarios or you will never recover. The solution is to force yourself to make healthy habits. Have you done any exercise today? If not, why? Don’t tell me walking is impossible. @bojana
Glad to hearI did went for a walk.. I am very optimistic about recovery dont see why you adress me
How is your recovery going? Any improvements since your last shot? What side effects are you experiencing?Glad to hear. You keep asking about recovery timelines and symptoms, I thought you were having a panic attack
. I hope you can make some posts about tips for recovery, that would be great

Wait it can or can’t cause permanent damage?I went to the neuropsyhiatrics. He convised me that there is no option that it can couse permanent damage. Also i went to bioenergetics and after his treatment i got my period. I will try with him hoping for the best
He convinsed me that it is not permanent and that the brain can heal itselfWait it can or can’t cause permanent damage?
Why would you think that? Plenty of people have returned to say they have recovered. Why will it be different for us. The ones who say they are still not recovered are always on some other meds. Besides, I don’t think people would simply disappear from this thread if they were still suffering. It’s a good sign that the old users are now living their life like they normally would. Otherwise we would have heard from them still. The ones who come back always leave a comment about how they recovered. Keep your head upThe worst thing is the uncertainty of whether we’ll recover or not. If we knew for certain it would be a lot easier
Let’s hope so. If we recover from this ill be so happyHe convinsed me that it is not permanent and that the brain can heal itself
Some days I feel like shit and other days are better. I also suffer from anhedonia, but I’m doing my best to stay active, talk to friends and family, try to be social even when I want to be alone. I’m watching Formula 1 on netflix these days. I find it interestingHow is your recovery going? Any improvements since your last shot? What side effects are you experiencing?
It just takes time. You are still relatively early in your recovery process. He convinsed me that it is not permanent and that the brain can heal itself
How many shots did you have?Hopefully in a year or two we’ll be on here sharing our recovery stories with people who will face this hell in the future
2 shots 2 months agoHow many shots did you have?
I’ve read a few of your messages and I am having a similar experience to you not being aboe to communicate and socialiseHow many shots did you have?
Yes, I know how it feels. It’s difficult to concentrate and I get bored easily. I need to be on the move constantly like a sharkIs it anhedonia that’s caused me to become really impatient? I used to feel content in the present moment but now I feel really uneased and uncomfortable waiting for things. I suppose it could also be akathisia, it’s an inner restlessness that I’ve developed. Anyone relate?
Apparently it’s very common while coming off invega. I have been off invega for 9 months and still can’t socialize properly. I also can’t make eye contact well. Do you have someone taking care of you?I’ve read a few of your messages and I am having a similar experience to you not being aboe to communicate and socialise
Yes I took many walks to get through this. I was extremely agitated with people. It does get better, at least in my experience. Is it anhedonia that’s caused me to become really impatient? My parents are. I also can’t make eye contact. It’s a really weird side effect. It took away my personality and ability to communicate like a normal human being.Apparently it’s very common while coming off invega.
