The trick is to consume no more than 20-30 grams of net carbs per day and no more than say 100-120 grams of protein daily
It is kind of restrictive but it causes profound changes in metabolism and if you're getting leaner, you won't really care. It is the most effective way to fight the increased blood sugar and insulin levels that these drugs cause. Some people get "keto flu" initially but that can be stopped usually by increasing sodium intake.
