Update on everyones weight loss? I set a new goal for myself. Im currently 99kg when I was 75kg before invega. Now I wanna be back to my preworkout weight which was 65kg. If I achieve this I wont have a thing to complain about. Imma make it happen no matter what. Hope yall join me in this journey and get your ideal bodies as well
 
Currently no meds. Took lithium 1 month, Wellbutrin 10 days and Trazodone+Depakote 5 days.
I'll try heal natural way, I think SSRIs would slow down the process idk.

Anhedonia took 1 year off?

As far I've search in reddit and forums it take 4 months to 2 years.

What about your emotions, motivation have you recovered it
 
Seems like I'm on track to recover everything but perhaps my ability to vividly imagine things. I hope I get that back someday.
 
Me too getting better in that department. But I’ve noticed for example if I rub one out in the morning, I can’t perform in bed at night. I have to limit myself and save my juice for intercourse all week long. I hook up with my fuck friend on thursdays, still rely on cialis. Weekends I get lucky once in a while. Loads are not what they used to be. I’m losing sleep over this.

I think retention and noporn is the way to recover sexual dysfunction. Imma start doing nofap and believe that will help tremendously.

I’m almost positive if you do semen retention and start hitting the squats and deadlifts you’ll see improvement

That’s a good sign the two of you are seeing improvement. Right now I have morning wood but can’t get it up the same way it’s weird but I’m only on month 3 and there is progress which again makes me hopeful

Great to hear you are keeping up with hobbies. Tennis is awesome. I’ll be here with you guys every step of the way. I’m glad we can share

Squats and deadlifts are proven to raise testosterone, along with sprints and ashwaganda. Most heavy compound lifts.

Depends, probably too much, almost daily. I’m kinda single apart from my weekly hookup. If I have dates lined up, then less. I squat and deadlift pretty heavy so I’ll keep that up. I’m in my early thirties.
 
Oh dude if you go from daily to none at all you will deff see a major difference I promise you. @Baddream
Was able to unload daily and still have great sex in addition before. Maybe I’m getting old. I’ll lay off of the self stimulation going forward and see where it goes. Blue balls will be worth it in the end
