~50% of brain in total is what paliperidone affects and that causes all these problems we have.
The 50% of the brain is responsible for having positive/negative experiences whenever it's from sensory input, feelings from emotions or memories. Without it, anything in life can not be meaningful.

Which means it shrank around 40% of that part of the brain for the monkeys.

Sadness is a negative emotion and I understand why people don't like it, but what's much worse is to be completely amputated of sadness.
Not being able to be sad when you should is what makes sad moments meaningless, and you see yourself as inhuman.
 
If someone who isn't able to physically feel pain got invega, that person would still suffer, since invega causes suffering which is beyond physical pain.

I agree that it is wiser to be realistic so we do not set expectations that we can’t reach. But in our situation, what is more rational? Trusting that some random strangers on the internet has better knowledge than the trained professionals?

Forget the psychiatrists they are not that smart. But the chemist manufacturers are on another level. These are the elite smartest people on earth. They know what they are doing.

The fda has rigid guidelines for approving drugs, they don’t just say it calms people so we don’t care about the rest.

I think this drug is overpowered and overprescribed. But I also believe some people make it worse than it really is. The countless people who disappear from this forum are proof of recovery. Make the best out of it for now and relax.

If you are totally suicidal you have more problems in life than just this drug. I don’t believe for a second that everything was perfect before and invega ruined everything. I have my own problems as well in life and I admit it so I can deal with them like a man.

I don’t know where you find all these studies, but I don’t think the doctors would prescribe these drugs if they realize it could happen to humans. And I’m not talking about your average psych, I’m referring to the top level guys would never approve it.

It’s up to you guys to decide what or who to believe, I’m just stating my own opinion.

Invega ruins lives, man. Stop downplaying how bad things are. These drugs can fuck you up really bad and put you in a nightmare you cant get out of. The worst feeling is the feeling of trying to get out, express your emotions but you can't, as well as the sexual disfunction. This is truly maddening and drives one to suicide easily. Being lobotomized is insanely sad.

I don't know who said a quote like this ones (just phrased differently, since I'm recalling them from memory), but it was someone important:

- Financialists have only one goal, to make more money, even if it requires bypassing the law or immortality.
- Businesses have been manipulating governments for centuries just for their gain.

Did you know factories and automatization exists, everyone of these who work for the manufacturer is "too busy" with their own life while invega is being produced automatically, they probably even forgot that invega exists, lol.

Is this brain shrinkage something that can be reversed? Is it the same damage as from a stroke?
