Maybe your body just stored disassembled invega parts into fat and that is most likely "water based fat". It should go away. Maybe try hiking once or twice a week.
I do! I legit do so much physical activity! It just morphed my body into something different than what it looked like previously before the drugs. Especially my eyes like my neck/cheek area. Like I can’t open my eyes as wide as I once did so I think there’s nerve damage there and I have neck fat not so much my cheeks but more my cheeks/neck. I’m 110 pounds which is basically a low weight. Invega just messes with your body if you’ve been on it for a year or longer. I don’t even listen to the ppl who’ve taken below five shots. I’m sure they’ve felt the effects but nothing like the ppl who’ve been on CTOs for a year or more.

By the time it gets to month 5-8 it there can still be trace amounts but it shouldn’t enough to have an effect on you at all, after that your brain just has to re wire it’s self from the damage done by the injections, there was someone who had trace amounts of the drug in their system 5 years after they took it but they had fully recovered long before that.
It’s been 15 months off for me. They put me on prolixin cos I was 302d twice. The pills then the injectable but I’m feeling myself recently. Almost back to normal. Since Invega shot. Dec 2021…. Seems like it was so long ago. Makes me insane and tear down thinking of how long it took….. I did the craziest things to get off of it and none of my docs believe me which is crazy. Hahah

Glad you’re doing better prolixin isn’t a common anti psychotic but I’ve heard it’s one of the better ones with less side effects, how many invega shots did you take.

I just feel foggy all the time, when does that get better
The timeline differs for everyone, usually that feeling of fogginess will be with you until you’re about 90% recovered but it gets less intense over time but it’s always still kinda there, to this day I still get brain fog from time to time but it’s nowhere near as bad as before atp idek if it’s invega or all the weed I smoked recently I went on a binge.

I think it's really good to identify and triage issues, but I also think that there's wisdom in just jumping into life and developing hobbies or such. Just to prevent rumination, which gets at me all too often, tbh.

I struggle with rumination quite a bit tbh, I be in my head too much I think it has to do with my adhd, exercise helps a ton with this.

How was Invega for u?
It was the worst hell I’ve ever felt in my life but the hell phase went away after about 2.5 months I was fine until month 3.5 then I hit another hell phase that wasn’t as bad as the first one but still hell and that lasted from the end of month 3 to end of month 4, after that I still dealt with side effects but I wasn’t in agony anymore I could bear it, how was your experience?

it lasting only 2 months isn’t bad. I had weight problems for months….

If I feel like my ability to feel caffeine went away after I took Abilify 15mg three years ago and then it gradually came back over time but not completely and then I took Risperdal and off now , will the ability to feel caffeine get back to 100% or will it not quite get there?

Overall the two hell phases I went through combined added up too about 3.5 months, my weight problems went away at month 4 cause I was super depressed from paliparadone withdrawal and barely ate much.
