ya I agree that anyone can recover I’m 90% recovered from invega sustenna and getting better every week at this point.

Ya it takes awile but you will get better. The only thing im worried about now is avoiding weight gain but i figure if i keep working out and watch the carbs i should be alright.

ya that’s fucked up there’s a stigma against people with schizophrenia and psychosis that kind of reminds me of racism in a way the psych wards and police do whatever they want to people with schizophrenia cause when the victims try too go for a lawsuit nobody in the system will believe them cause they’re schizophrenic.

It is fucked up beyond words. The hypocrisy of it all really pisses me off. How the fuck is solitary confinement treatment?

That’s awful, I’m sorry you had to go through that. That could be scarring for sure. Trauma stays with you. CTO is my trauma and continuing on the injection for seven months after even though it was giving me TD and everything was a huge trauma for me…and we’ll see what else it’s caused at this point.

That is awful. Why not agree to take something like zyprexa instead of the goddamn injections. I mean zyprexa is bad for weight gain but besides that im not noticing any side effects

Can you thoroughly think about your plans for the next day when you’re going to sleep or does your brain feel to fried and just go blank? When I was on Invega Sustenna it went blank. Lol my thoughts are slowly starting to come back though
It's good to see you're regaining your thoughts.
My mind goes blank when I'm trying to connect two thoughts together or to relate ideas, I just can't think thoroughly and deeply like before.
As far as plans go, well, I just keep a calendar in my phone so I never forget important tasks.
It takes longer for me to organize my plans together then before if that's what you mean.

I had trauma from taking the 2 invega shots after barely sleeping and eating for 3 weeks and going through kratom withdrawal after I got released from the psych ward they put me on 5 other medications that all had black box warnings for side effects I ended up back in the psych ward a week later as the invega was peaking and all the other meds side effects were brutal I was screaming in the ward god kill me cause I was in agony 24/7 they even gave me high dose benzos to help try and calm me down and it did absolutely nothing it was truly hell on earth but after I got off all the other meds and just had to deal with invega it was much more bearable, I don’t struggle with that trauma much at all nowadays it bothers me a little sometimes but it doesn’t fase me much at all taking the 2 LSD trips actually really helped me out with the trauma I wouldn’t recommend this for other people but @paranoid android we’ve had conversations about psychedelics before and you’ve always said they’re safe for you tbh I’d recommend it for your trauma it may not cure it but it could potentially help make it less severe.

Solitary is the opposite of treatment the nurses and shrinks probably just felt lazy and didn’t wana do their job so they threw you in solitary straight up cruelty and ya working out helped me a lot during the beginning of invega to slow the weight gain down I would eat excessively when I was first on invega I could have an entire pot roast dinner then eat an entire pizza as well.

Where you in the psych ward to? I know people that where in there and not put on antipsychotics but still felt dumb as fuck when they got out. I think it's because you are treated like a goddamn retard in there. They fucking hated me in there because i actually knew alot about psychiatry. They like people ih there that are easy to control.

Ya i may give mescaline a try actually as i havent had it yet

Well i was violent but that was because i had cotards syndrome and thought i was dead and also because i was withdrawing from multiple meds in there. Also i do not like being locked up. The people in there that are most fucked are the people that ,like it in there. How ib didnt have a seizure in there ill never know. The lack of actual medical care in there is also scary the gp only goes by what the stupid shrink says.

I was in the psych ward before yes, and I can attest that they treat people there like retards it's true.
They actually forcing you to take drugs in there. They asked me to open my mouth to check if I swallowed my pill multiple times.
I didn't know that they can force you to take shots before I got in there.
That's crazy, they should force it on criminals.

Yeah I know the feeling, cops are worse then nurses

I cant say i was actually treated bad by the cops when they picked me up on the mental health bullshit. When they showed up 2 months ago when i was sort of psychotic after a nurse ratted me out they didnt even rat me out to the paramedics for having needles. So i can say i was actually treated worse by medical professionals then i was by the fucking pigs

I’ve heard mescaline can make you psychotic although I don’t know much about it and there’s lots of propaganda against that stuff but make sure to do plenty of research before trying it just to be safe.

You could have died in there from benzo withdrawal and the terrible medical care but you didn’t you’re still here youre meant to be here you have a purpose you survived that for a reason keep moving forward in life and fighting your battles 🙏.

What did latuda cause for you? I’m on it right now!
Just too much social shunning, it took unbelievable heights to get people back. Also, just sad to step in a gym a day or 2 later and can’t shoot a basketball the same as I did a day ago. I really think it’s designed to increase and MAKE the symptoms of a disorder in a person. Seriously makes the symptoms of what it treats.

You make me think a bit more, is it the ward more of an affect or the medicine?

It’s both with me, got to be against it all.

Lol you guys are hilarious, there are lawyers, doctors, surgeons you name it who are on antidepressants who have way better lives then us who don’t spend there time on blue light talking about brain damage that are on antidepressants. The only thing that causes brain damage is psychosis and antipsychotics lol.
Lol yeah

There is yet inadequate proof to say conclusively that psychosis causes permanent brain damage
