During period of first 12 months off, some food only eased my akathisia and anxiety. I could sense taste of food and but it produced same feeling as drinking water. Do not eat trash food, even if it provides temporal easing, it is not good for metabolism. You are so long on invega you probably don't remember how you were before(keep in mind your long term memory is damaged or in fog and you can not fully remember until you recover to some degree) and thus if you are having 1% receptors active it seems like more to you but 1% is a lot compared to 0.01%(if you were actualy 0 multipler would be immeasurable), difference multiplier is x100.
For some people invega can even block what it's not supposed to block and cause seizure and deaths, that is because of blocking gaba or glutamate.
While for others invega has less effect on serotonin on others it can affect it strongly, depends on your brain structure.
But for almost everybody it blocks dopamine of D1-D5 type (some less some more), D2 it blocks completely for most (D2 released for delayed gratification and when you acomplish something, a lso when you watch a movie), D5-D4 is more for providing easing and relaxing effect, D1 is for feeling good from movement.
It also blocks oxycitine and thus you can not feel love and affection.
Blocks adrenaline of 3 types but constantly agonises adrenaline of one type, that can cause bodily pains because your body receives adrenaline constantly and it is no joke, some people are more sensitive to that and get bodily pains for first ~4-12 months.
Invega works weakest on D1 while it still blocks it very strongly (up to 95%), but you should take advantage of this and go outside more and move.
