You are lucky if your metabolism is rapid. I was completely impotent untill 2 months off. I also had to take anti-anxiety pills that was prescripted because of how horrible I felt. After two months I wasent impotent any longer was jerking off 3-4 times a day cause boner wouldnt go away. Not much libido tho because of anxiety and all other horrible feelings which is caused by the blocking of dopamin and serotonin. My metabolism was really good I ate alot and didnt gain any weight but i was eating fairly healthy (no bad calories). After I got the covid-shot 4.5 months after the injection I became almost impotent again and I lost my appetite completely. I am now 17.5 months off I think Im feeling better everyday but its really slow. As long as you have hope there is hope.

So when did you stop gaining weight?

I never gained any weight maybe like 5 pounds I go for walks every day but if I go for a run I will be sore for 3-4 days. Before the injection I could run everyday with no problem.

I might wait at least a year for the side effects to dissipate before getting a gym membership...

I feel like my performance dropped significantly due to the injections, I became weaker as a result, so I don't know if it's a good idea, might be a bit too early to get into the gym.
