The worst thing is that these shots are super expensive!!! They profiting off making ppl disabled for up to a year sometimes.

yes they make billions on our health, let's do the first group against invega. jhonson and jhonson are the devil, we can be a lot and have a real impact

Yeah most people on medications dont work and are on disability. Its rare to find people on antipsychotics and are working. I guess there are a few meds that dont effect people negatively. Im hoping i can find a med which dosnt effect me negatively but also takes away my psychosis. Im hoping for the best.

Do you work fulltime or part time. What do you do for work?

I was working while on invega and haldol, I'll be switched to abilify next month

Most of time it makes people disabled up to year. Statistics of this threads say for themself.
 
@Airwick abilify will cause you depression and will worsen your anhedonia at end, because it blocks brain almost in same way as invega.
And libido is first that recovers. Just wait 4-12months without any AP and your libido should recover, and your total recovery will be faster, AP like abilify will just slow it down. Also haldol is one of worst AP.

Mostly recovered but I don’t think I’ll fully recovered to the state before the invega but I’m hopeful but I have improved little bit each year that goes on so maybe in the end I’ll recover who knows at this stage it’s been nearly 5 years and I’m not back to pre invega but who knows what is years and years away. I think it was the loading doses and 4 doses after that if I remember don’t remember 100% I’m just glad most of the worse stuff is behind me like the deep depression and boredom and stuff like that is gone. Invega kinda reminds me of people stiffening long term effect of Covid-19 fatigue and brain fog and stuff like that the body does some funny things but it does surprises you sometimes. :)

I took tired 5 different types of antidepressants in the first 8 months of withdrawal because of the super bad deep depression because of invega but not one worked at all. So don’t even bother taking or trying antidepressants while in the withdrawals stage. I only take Ritalin 50mg now days works pretty well when I first started taking it I got “ Euphoria” pretty common to happen so the dopamine receptors definitely somewhat work but not fully if you ask me and it was very minor euphoria as well not very strong at all.

Edit I had 7 shots including the loading the doses if you ask me in my case it seems like I’m improving at a very slow pace maybe one shot per year so it will be interesting to see if in two years time if anything changes. Wouldn’t surprise me if the invega shots have “ Mercury” in it to make it more stable lol

are you interested in creating a band that would take johnson and jhoson to court? and keep us informed of your improvements
 
My insomnia is really bad, they have given me Clometiazol and lormetazepan and last night I was just able to sleep 3 hours. Invenga has been true hell for me. I am at month 4 off (6 shots)

I know the insomnia is bad I believe you no question about it. I promise the sleep part definitely improves and will get back to near preinvega levels but you have to ride it out. Mmmm benzodiazepines are good but you get tolerance to them super super quickly so they won’t work long term I don’t want you to be addicted to them and go from one problem to another. :)

But I have to take something, those are hipnotics. Otherwise I sleep 1h and get headaches
