Mental Health Coming off Invega (paliperidone) injections, v 5.0

Got my period for the second consecutive month in a row. So I guess I can say after 113 days being off Invega Sustenna I got my period back, and it looks like it’s on track now. Now if only I can get my weight down. If it’s not my prolactin levels then it must be a slowed metabolism from the medication. I get my blood tested on April 5th to check all my levels again.

good news. did you get any other improvements?
 
2nd chakra is open and doesn't seems to close and is purified after working on it for weeks 24/7. Solar plexus chakra is opening this afternoon after working on it for 6 hours ive seen a large vortex of yellow energy moving clockwise a blast almost the size of my body....it closed up soon after... im trying to keep it open. Heart pain seems to be less no feeling of heart attacks it was bad for many weeks i thought i would die any moment. I have walked around for many hours.

No psychosis or relapse during meditation...semen retention and celibacy is getting easier because of more control over brain and body. Also a few days ago seen the aura of someone. Today tried to talk to someone for an hour i managed to interact without getting severely tired. Eyesight also improved especially in the right eye which was dramatically reduced after seizure/epileptic attack during sleep many months ago. Motor problems in the left hand haven't improved yet.

Doing group meditations for the last few days with extremely experienced meditators - which seem to work well doing energy exercises in group seems to be more efficient because solo it takes 10 hours to achieve what i normally achieve in 30 mins

Medication might help. I was on Abilify so that worked out well for me.

DIdn't like Invega much at all. The worst part was the restlessness for me, though.

34 weeks off invega (8.8 months)
First time I felt something good from music but it doesnt happen often. Also first time I was making art and felt good in some moments.
My body requests too much water (never requested that much since Im off this shit) and I pee too often.
SHIT is still rought.

Also my control over anger and irritation is not proper. I cant handle it so I just quit from conversations or speak in agitated way.

I started taking dienzapan 2mg every second day or once in week after 8 months off since my sleep isnt recovered yet and I start saying weird shit after I dont sleep for few days.
 
I remember not sleeping at all for weeks (probably 2) in a row because of this poison. I didnt sleept properly for 2-1 months in a row. At 6 months off I would need hour probably to fall a sleep. I got servere PTSD attacks because of all this.

were you on meds before that xeplion shit?
 
My creativity is normal again and abstract thinking is mostly back. My logic returned 80%. And my coordination/balance of body is better than pre invega. My short term memory is ok probably mostly recovered.

I can super smoothly remember music I heard, I had this before invega but not this strong.

My visualisation isnt back properly yet.
My eye vision improved.

Im not yet confortable in my skin. I still suffer and its not easy.

I got 256mg + 156mg + 100mg(this is converted because it was oraly given) invega shots (poisonous shits I call them). @apsucks are you sure you got 150mg as loading dose because loading dose is 256mg, did you got xeplion shots or invega shots.
