I'm exactly the same. Have you found any stories of recovery for sexual function? Please share, especially regarding libido, semen volume etc.I got two injections, and I've been off for exactly 3 months.
I'm still pretty sure it's recoverable. What I'm claiming though, is that we are not experiencing a simple dopamine block. I think this garbage desensitizes neurons and deforms dopamine receptors which is why recovery takes so long. Because right now, I don't feel like my dopamine receptors are blocked... I just feel like total shit, so this drug is doing something else.I'm exactly the same. Have you found any stories of recovery for sexual function? I am a patient person, but this drug is doing other things besides blocking dopamine and serotonin, which surprises me that it's still being administered. Where are the drug auditing companies that check for faulty substances? This isn't fair at all, none of us should be experiencing this. Also, I have recovered a lot in 3 months, with various side effects disappearing. But it's getting pretty clear to me that my sexual function has been retarded, and it will take the longest to recover. They can't take this much enjoyment out of life from everyone with their negligence.I can't speak for Invega but when I got some Risperidone injections, I had trouble getting a full erection at first. Like I could get a soft erection but it wasn't hard like before. Later I could orgasm but not cum. Then after that I regained the ability to cum but it was thin and watery. Eventually everything went back to normal and I can make loads just as big as I did in my 20s. I can't shoot them across the room anymore but I think that is part of getting older and has nothing to do with meds.
For those of you who are having similar problems, I think you should wait and be patient. I'm sure it will return.
How long did it take off of Risperidone to go from not being able to cum and then being able to and then being able to normally?I can't speak for Invega but when I got some Risperidone injections, I had trouble getting a full erection at first. No worries. I agree with you. It's just that 3 months really isn't that long being off compared to some people who take up to a year or more to recover. Point being that there is still hope for recovery.I am a patient person, but this drug is doing other things besides blocking dopamine and serotonin, which surprises me that it's still being administered. Honestly, I don't remember. I was on Risperidone injections nearly 17 years ago. Due to the anhedonia and brain fog, my memory from back then is kind of mush now. Could have been up to 6 months or a year. How long did it take off of Risperidone to go from not being able to cum and then being able to and then being able to normally?

Dont go on a diet just eat carbs with a GI of below 50 (regular and fibre pasta, basmati rice, bulgur) and u can eat as much as you want.At one point in 2016 I lost quite a bit of weight because I was depressed and was barely eating basically and I got down to like 217lbs at 6'2, several months later I was put on the injections and one year after that I was like 285lbs, and later over 300, I'm like 304 now. Gonna have to go on a strict diet in addition to working out seems like it would be the only way.
If u had a better taste in music u wouldnt need to use viagra.I was already having some erectile dysfunction problems when I was with a girl before the injections, I'm probably going to have to use viagra or cialis.
I don't know about that, Im gonna try to keep it medium carb with all the carbs being vegetables or some fruit and little to no processed ones, then like a small piece of meat a day or something, maybe some rice too.Dont go on a diet just eat carbs with a GI of below 50 (regular and fibre pasta, basmati rice, bulgur) and u can eat as much as you want.
Dafuq, why because I posted those two videos of that band Wintersun? They're the shit, psshh I like all different kinds of music foo..If u had a better taste in music u wouldnt need to use viagra.
Well yeah that band wasent that bad considering I dont listen to heavy metal. Can u get emotional from music?Dafuq, why because I posted those two videos of that band Wintersun? They're the shit, psshh I like all different kinds of music foo..
I don't know, but there were people saying that on the Invega inserts it says not to take St. John's Wort with it because it supposedly 'lowers it's effectiveness' or something, aka it might counteract the poison..I don't think any substance can heal the brain from Paliperidone but time. You just have to wait for healing to happen.
I don't think that taking St. John Wort does anything tbh.
Only really when I'm on drugs, ha.Well yeah that band wasent that bad considering I dont listen to heavy metal. Can u get emotional from music?
But St. John Wort wont fix the damage that already done to the brain.I don't know, but there were people saying that on the Invega inserts it says not to take St. John's Wort with it because it supposedly 'lowers it's effectiveness' or something, aka it might counteract the poison..
Probably not, I heard that CBD removes up to 1/3 of antipsychotics from the brain too so I'm taking that. I hope to at least get 50% better than now in like 5 years or so, and considering that I'm pretty functional now that wouldn't be too bad I think. But St. John Wort wont fix the damage that already done to the brain.
