coming of nubain

guys i been using nubain for over 1 year now i try to come off aand i get the nasty withdrawls and i read a post here about using some meds to help. problem is i cant get much in forms of meds. tday i will get a few ultram prob about 70 my bros got. i have that immodium here. i still have 8 shots 20mg nubain so can you guys help with a less painfull way rather then cold turkey. i dont want to go on a methodone program as i think its going to be harder to get off. thanks guys
