coming down from coke

Last night I did coke for the first time. I did 2 grams between 11 pm and 7 am, and it's now 12:30 and I cannot get to sleep. Is there anything I can do to slow down my system? I don't have any downers, so I can't do that. I need a basic household products cure.
 
drink milk, not sure if this has any real purpose but whne ever i want to come down and goto sleep from something i drink milk, and its works for me. im sure someone will have a better awnser though but milk does a body good!

I have found that when coming down from coke , if you smoke some dust it kills the comedown totally , so you dont have that shitty feeling and it makes you fall asleep fast that just comin down from coke
 
Smoke weed.
It's the best all around cure for come-downs\sleeplessness around.

Valium or Xanax. I prefer Xanax myself.
But, otherwise weed, if at a total loss: go eat, watch some TV, drink some milk or a few beers and hope for the best. This is why I don't do coke that much, I hate the next day.
Note: I've noticed that after I roll if I smoke some powder or rock that it completely normals my head out, and I sleep much better.

Well... I'm tempted to say 'Accept it as part of drug usage, and eat it up, Love the down as you love the up. Its about the experience not the good feelings, but all the feelings.'
Its probably after the fact, I'm sure it is, by now, but...
Practically, any of the chemical solutions could back-fire if you don't make it to sleep... and if it does you are worse off than before... you are awake, depressed, can't sleep, AND high/drunk/under 3 valium/whatever.
My suggestion is just to make sure you are never alone AT ANY TIME during a drug-experience... having someone around makes it a lot better.
And, short of that...get some cool fresh air outside and go for a walk. The BEST option is actually a rigorous 1 hour bike-ride in the cool mountain air, and then coming home and going to bed. But... well.. practically... that may not be your style... or it may be too hot right now.
Go for a long drive with the windows down.
Call someone, invite someone over, or talk to a roomate or family member.
DON'T sit there and try to sleep when you can't sleep because you are setting yourself up for just staying up all night (or all day or whatever) laying in bed feeling like shit experience. Get out of bed and watch some tv then try again in a few hours. Lay opposite the way you normally do in bed. (Dead serious...).
I guess taking some more medications may be a good idea if you are SURE it is going to knock-you-out.
Ah, yes, if all else fails, go get a little vanity mirror, and break it. Lay on the ground in the corner of your room nude, with the window open, and run the broken shards of glass all over your skin, with varying amounts of pleasure... err... I mean.. pressure.

IF you aren't up for breaking the mirror, get a SMALL knife, lay in bed and do the same, but don't take it too far, you don't need to hurt yourself, just get your heart rate going fast.
And no, I'm not screwing with you... that'll get your adrenaline flowing and end the come-down. In fact, its an effective way to deal with ANY situation where you feel like shit late at night and can't sleep. Just make sure no one sees you or you will have a LOT of explaining to do.
Oh, yeah, and while we are on the subject, eating a good meal and having some water (a quart preferably...) might do you some good.

but in fact, i didnt last time and when i got back to a room i just smoked weed and it does the trick soo nicely, for me anyway. but then i usually smoke all day, every day i s'poose..
 
i did my 1st gram of coke yesterday between 1pm-11pm... and its 7:15 now, cant sleep... im going to watch anime till i get sleepy, if that dosent work ill go out to a friends house or something and try to sleep when i get back... i really dont think the come down is worth what the coke high... i really feel like shit right now. I even tried taking 5-htp to possibly make me feel better but that didnt work at all. just made me feel a little warmer, anyways ive decided coke is not my thing... ill stick with rolls, chronic, K, shrooms, and possibly acid (if i can ever find any)
 
Weed is good, and so is Kava tea. Just relax and don't do anything too physical because it will just set your heart pumping faster and make you sweat and feel more like shit. Just chill and it will pass.
