something to think about - because I'm sure most people would have come across such a person at some point in their lives. btw, this is a "summary" of a few types of people.
hello how are you
i'm alright how about you
and so a conversation starts
nothing much comes of it at first,
a friendship was formed
or so i thought.
we shared some experiences
and offered comfort and support
little do i know what
would eventually happen
you got what you wanted
your hunger's been satiated
then i got discarded like a raggedy doll
my usefulness has expired
did i care at first?
i admit i did
why? most did wonder
maybe i thought you were just caught up
in the flow of things, meeting new people
you know the usual shit
but then time passes
i've made some interesting observations
maybe it's me but i don't think it is
everytime i say something,
someone else follows suit
not just salutations
but in nicks and a few other things
suddenly you're a person
with a lot of problems
not just every week but on a daily basis
no wait, what's this??

imitation is not a form of flattery at all
imitate subtly if you wish
not using certain expressions that

peeved to an extent.
now i just feel pity
because you're just a sad being
