Comedowns after E

Hey so I will try and keep this as short as I can.
This past Saturday I took two E pills they were bigger in size then ones I have taken in the past. I have never still felt spacey after rolling. But it's Friday and I am still not myself. I am getting kind if scared. I have been getting enough sleep and have been eating heathly. I will start completely better by about noon. But ad soon as I wake up for work I feel all spacey again. Any advice would be great .

I think its pretty normal, some people can take a month to feel normal again. Its to do with your brain juices being lower than normal (mainly serotonin) and the only thing that's going to get them back is time and healthy living :). If this is the first time this has happened maybe its time for a break for a few months, how often have you been dropping?

Also the size of the pill doesn't really relate to how much MDMA is in it. you can fit 200mg+ in a small normal pill.
 
the pills didnt have a wax coating on them,and damp substance in middle...( legal highs called hypnotic i think) you'll come good.i take pills just for the comedown!! That feeling where your brain seems to be too big for your head...terrible.

Different people have a range of ability to recover..take it as a heads up for next time..and hello from australia
 
i have always dreaded the comedowns as an ecstasy user, its the part that makes the whole rolling experience seem not worth it. even the day after when you wake up, you can be left with a shitified feeling. alot of the times id be good though, it just depends on the shit you get. the cleaner the pill, the better youll feel. if you get something good enough, you may not even feel a comedown.

but the best way to bring yourself up the days after you take e, drink some orange juice and maybe even take a multi-vitamin. i like drinking those emergen-c things. eat plenty of good calories, and just calories in general. smoking some herb can rebalance you as well. if you still feel shitty long after that, you can bring exercise into play. do something that you know is guna keep you in check, try to boost your brain function and overall energy any way you can.
 
thanxx everyone. and to answer your ?s I been for about a year but maybe just once a month. I never had this happen to me. I am not doing it again either. I feel so blah and just not myself. I know it's my fault for even taking them in the first place. but never again

Live a healthy lifestyle and you'll be back to normal in no time. The more you think about feeling shitty the longer it's gonna take to get back on your feet
 
I sometimes get terrible comedowns like that. Keep doing what you're doing. take some 5-htp ... one a day for like three days maybe. Take multi vitamins too, they are helpful! Keep yourself busy!

If it lasts like a month, go to a doctor.
