Been doing maybe 45% pure speed during 3 days and nights along with exactly pills those contain mdma... slept or not eaten coz it sucks while you still have soeed... Sohould I jsut pop valiums for the comedown and try sleep it off=? I have forgotten whats long heavy speed and extacy pill comedownish
 
These kind of threads don't belong in OD.. Basic questions belong in BDD, but even so comedown threads have been beaten to death.

Please use the search engine, there are a number of threads regarding using benzos/opiates/other stuff for amphetamine/cocaine/stimulant comedowns.

My advice is to lay off the speed, take a few valium, make a small meal, drink a cup of chamomile tea, and get some sleep.
