anyone have any tips? i haven't been tweeked in a while. but i remember back when i've done meth, coke, ritalin, etc the comedowns are nasty, obviously. i hate knowing your body is tired as worn out, yet you can't sit still, you're uncomfortable, and can't sleep because there are 4953038657543 thoughts racing through your head.

any suggestions? i remember i would usually go for a walk along with taking some benedryl in hopes to wind down, seemed to help, just wandering if anyone else had anything they do.

i plan on doing some adderall soon so i just want to plan ahead.

edit: also is there anything OTC that can slow down your heart beat/rate

valerian root helps for sleep and anxiety; should help mediate anxiety-derived heart rate nuisances. most grocery stores now carry capsule pills of it in the natural or herbal sections. I usually go with double the indicated dose.

i find nicotine very helpful during the comedowns; the gum is best, but dip is okay. cigarettes less so. i don't do nicotine habitually.

make sure to plan to comedown well before you plan to sleep.

Porn and booze :\

FTW.
And loads of cannabis if that's your bag.

After a while you'll end that monster porn session, have a last puff, and crash.

I find a lot of people have trouble sleeping after using amphetamines, while I do not. I've concluded this is because people try to sleep at some point while tweaking. Emphasis on the try here; If you're not actually sleepy, don't force it. Those 4953038657543 thoughts are there cause you're not fully down yet....

^ Cannabis, for some people, can bring on states of anxiety, panick and paranoia.. this is alot more likely to be the case after amphetamine.. personally i've had it go both ways.. sometimes it induced euphoria.. sometimes it induced paranoid panic.. i don't smoke anymore xP

non perscription- alcohol is best. sedative antihistamines(benedryl, unisom) may make you sleepy but their anticholinergic actions can increase your already raised blood pressure and heart rate, as well as add more anxiety.

imo the best way to comedown is with benzos and opiates.

i think i took a bunch of melatonin one time and it sorta helped. benedryl makes me paranoid and i don't really drink. a couple benzos brings me down smoothly. ive been on seroquel for a long time and it knocks me out so i don't need sleeping pills. well, for a while i would get massively tweeked and then take my seroquel, thinking it would knock me out. no such luck - it makes me paranoid, panicky, scared and it will knock you out - after hours and hours of tourture. my last binge, i just rode it out- i clicked mindlessly on my phone until i finally got tired. yeah, i was fiending and got a little panicked but it passed, it took a long time, and i wasn't as much of an emotional wreck and it wasn't as horrible as with the seroquel.
i used to ride out crack too. i would go go go and then wham! i couldn't keep my eyes open.

i don't know if this helps. the only non rx that sorta calmed me was alot of melatonin.

good luck

Food always helps, even tho its hard to eat it will help.
Certain Fruits will get rid of any ear ringing you may be experiencing.
Valerian root/extract may help.
