This seems like it would be a marvelous drug combo. A very nice speed ball. Personally I havent tried it yet. Here I show how to use the serotonin releasing property of tramadol to full fill amphetamines missing monoamine releaser to ur benefit.
Amphetamine is a dopamine and epinephrine releaser with negligible affinity as a serotonin releaser.
Tramadol is a mu-opioid agonist, a serotonin releaser, and an epinephrine reuptake inhibitor.
Clonidine is a alpha2 agonist. When the alpha2 receptor is activated it tells the presynaptic neuron releasing epinephrine to stop releasing so much.
The thing that separates amphetamine from coke and methamphetamine is coke and meth are a lot more efficient at getting more serotonin into the synapse. Tramadol is a serotonin realeser so it would make up where the amphetamine lacks.
Amphetamine overlapes with tramadol as both their functions increase the levels of epinephrine in the synapses. Epinephrine isn't really a pleasure neurtransmitter and the amphetamine and tramadol might keep to much in your synapse so I can lower the epinephrine release by adding an alpha2 agonist to the combo such as clonidine or tizinadine.
So now our mu-opioid receptors r being agonized nicely and we have triple monoamine realeasing going on with epinephrine levels lower than dopamine and serotonin....Perfect Speed Ball.
Sound Good?
