Combining hydrocodone with diladid

I took 45 mg hydrocodone about an hour and 30 min ago. Im buzzed right now but hardly.

Is it safe for me to snort 2 mg dilaudid?

Hydrocodone tolerance : 45 mg
Dilaudid tolerance: 12 mg nasally

You'll probably be alright in this instance, but try to avoid mixing opioids in the future. Our tolerance is usually measured based on a primary opioid, it becomes difficult to measure how far we can push ourselves when we add another one into the mix, since there's no telling how both will interact, and the opioid conversion charts aren't set in stone.

If you are to add a second opioid, always start low and titrate up very slowly. Closed.
